Barangay Obrero, Calbayog City, Philippines do hereby name, constitute and appoint:

KARLA MAE M. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of
Barangay Obrero, Calbayog City, Philippines.

To be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and

stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to wit;

To claim the Cash Assistance that I may receive under the Yolanda Educational
Assistance Fund from St. Paul School of Professional Studies.

To sign necessary documents specifically related thereto, and deliver the said
cash, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and

authority whatsoever required and necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
