Following this, “PATIENTS For Patient
Safety Malaysia (PFPSM)”, voluntary
organization was established.
PFPSM was launched by Honorary Minister
of Health on 29th April 2014
PFPSM promotes partnership between
patients- healthcare providers -consumers in
enhancing patient safety.

Patient Safety Council of Malaysia (13th January 2014) agreed to implement WHO Multi-
professional Patient Safety Curriculum Guide in:
