** Total fees payable Per Sem/S Sem depends on the number of credit hours registered.
Notes:-
1) Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
2) Initial payment of RM15,000 (Intensive English/Foundation/Diploma Programmes), RM18,000 (Bachelor Programmes) is to be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL to
proceed with the airport pick-up service. This payment is to off-set the fees payable upon registration. The balance of such payment can be used to pay for the
subsequent semester fees payable. The balance of this initial payment, if any, shall be returned to students upon completion of the programme or when he or she
leaves the institution.
3) The total Semester fees are due upon registration. These fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
4) 60% of the Tuition Fee is refundable by submitting the "Withdrawal Form" within fourteen (14) days from the 1st day of Registration for each intake. 80% of the
Tuition Fee will be refunded if the student withdraws before the 1st day of Registration. In both cases, the withdrawal must be approved by the Management.
5) Tuition Fee is based on the number of standard credit hours registered (Bachelor & Diploma Programmes) for each semester.
6) Payment of fees can be EITHER of the following : -
a) Online Payment :
i) International Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card via Flywire; log-on to www.flywire.com/pay/iukl
ii) Financial Process Exchange (FPX) or JomPAY; pay fees online from the student portal.
iii) maybank2u.com.my under the Payee Corporation Name "Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur".
iv) Cimb Clicks under the Biller "Ikram Education Sdn Bhd"

7) Processing Fee is inclusive of i-Kad, Medical Insurance, Visa Processing and Medical Examination and is applicable to all international students. This fee is cover
for 1 year except for Indonesian Students, it is for 2 years.
8) Processing Fee is chargeable once the completed application form is submitted to IUKL. All Processing Fees are non-refundable.
9) The Student Pass/Visa cancellation fee of RM106 is applicable when the student complete their studies or withdraw from IUKL.
10) Replacement of iKad due to damage or loss will be charged according to Education Management Global Services (EMGS) rate.
11) International Student Administrative Fee is chargeable to all international students who arrive with VAL (Visa Approval Letter).
12) Students are required to pay semester fees in FULL or they can opt for the Easy Payment Scheme (EPS) with a minimum payment of RM2,000 upon registration
for a new semester. Only students with the minimum CGPA of 2.000 are allowed to opt for EPS. The balance can be paid in a three (3) / two (2) instalments within
the semester.
The outstanding balance must be fully settled two (2) weeks before the first day of the Final Examination within the Semester/Level.
13) Upon submission of the completed University Clearance Form, Deposit Claim Form or Withdrawal Form, the Caution Fee is refundable within sixty (60) days. IUKL
reserves the right to recover any outstanding amount owed by a student and will utilise the Caution Fee for partial or full settlement of any outstanding amount.

14) Current exchange rate USD1 = RM3.80.
15) For payment made in US Dollars equivalent, any shortfall due to adverse currency exchange rate may have to be made good by a students at the full discretion of
IUKL upon arrival.
16) 6% GST is charged where applicable.
17) Official Receipt is issued upon payment. Additional request for copy(ies) of receipt(s) will not be entertained.
