headquarter office building project, valued at over CAD$800m.
 Overseeing entire change management process, encompassing over 250 change
requests due to design evolution during construction stage.
 Reviewing and recommending change proposals for director’s approval and
participating in change order negotiations, achieving over CAD$30m savings on
claimed variations.
 Issued over 500 contract correspondence letters including response research
analysis and drafting.

 Identified over-run risks - reduced 9pc wastage for steel reinforcement to 3pc in one
example, by procuring pre-fabricated steel bars, rather than on-site fabrication.
 Provided value engineering recommendation during pre-tender stage to use dry
wall partitions in lieu of block work, resulting 40pc labour and 25pc time savings.

composite structure to pre-fabricated snake-frame welded steel structure, resulting
in saving of on-site fabrication costs and time saving of 28 weeks.
