HSE Coordinators & Task Force Leaders

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Take full charge(Coordination,Administration,Documentation)


at Assigned Zone /Location as per HSE procedures (SOP- MRC-
SS-032 & SOP-MRC-SS 033).
2. Assess the situation, decide and initiate the emergency
response process (SOP-MRC-SS 033).
3. Take action along with TFL for controlling the incident,
securing the safety of personnel and minimizing the damage to
Infrastructure.

4. Co-ordinate with HSE Officer by providing accurate
Coordinator(Supervisor/Foreman)
information.
5. Control traffic movement by coordinating with relevant
Security Personnel.
6. Collect Staff Attendance Register, Shift Roster and move to
Assembly Point during an emergency situation.
7.Nomination of firefighters in his area along with HSE officer,
who will be authorized to take the action for extinguishing the
fire in the condition of fire or other emergency in yard or any
area without permission of manager/supervisor.

1. Attempt to control small / incipient fires by using the portable


fire extinguisher and
wearing necessary protective clothing.
2. React to emergency situations and provide necessary support
to staff affected with
minor casualties; provide preliminary first aid as appropriate.
