INTRODUCTION:
The rise of Interloop epitomizes a true success story. Interloop started out in 1992 with
just 10 knitting machines, it now has 2300 machines and a workforce of more than 8000,
and has transformed itself into one of the WORLD'S largest sock manufacturer and
exporter. It is a limited company located in Pakistan's Industrial hub Faisalabad; also
known as the "Manchester of Pakistan". Interloop is an integral part of this business
community, continuously striving to revolutionize business practices in this region.
Interloop is a complete vertical unit with all processes ranging from yarn-spinning to
packaging and it employs a centralized computerized system which handles all aspects of
operations. We ensure quickest possible turnaround of shipments with strict compliance
to our customers' specifications.
In pursuance of our goal to achieve and maintain good quality, Interloop has now set up
a high-tech spinning unit that will ensure finest quality yarn made from the best available
natural cotton. This project will enhance the value of money for our customers by offering
even more competitive rates to our clients.

Planning
Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment. The job
schedule contains list of tasks to be processed for the styles. Against each tasks planner mentions
when to start a task and what is dead line for that task. Name of responsible person (department)
for the job is being listed. For example, scheduling planned to make socks in time
Organizing
Planner defines which style to be loaded to the production line and how much quantity to be
loaded.Processes needed to complete an order vary style to style. According to the order
requirement department select processes for the orders. Sometime extra processes are
eliminated to reduce cost of production
Leading
we make sure that our employees have time to care for their families and maintain their interests
while still meeting the challenges we expose them to. We deliberately work with our Interloop
family members - our employees - to ensure that we do not only give people the careers, we give
them a lifestyle.

Controlling
They daily based production report is send to the CEO. The Manager of department keeps close
look whether everything is progressing according the plan. Chasing other department heads on
daily basis to keep plan on track. They update order wise completed tasks on the Time & action
Calendar. When they found something is going to be late they expedite and create an alarm
about the delay.

In addition to being the leading Socks Manufacturing Organization in the Country, Interloop is
also a large scale employer. Presently, we have more than 8,000 work force. These people are
supported by more than 577 executive officers, who are providing managerial input and guidance
to them.

Planning
The Head of Department and Human Resource Manager concern and decide which kind of
Worker/Employee require on which place. Hire people only according to requirement of a
department. According to requirement they Put ads on Websites, Newspapers or on any other
social medium.
Organizing
After hiring candidate they have to give a written test after this he will interviewed by a single
person or may be a panel according to his job. If the candidate is well experienced about his job
he will be hired with the pay of starting 10,000 and if he has no experience then organization give
him proper training according to his task in the organization. Initially organization hires him for
3-4 months then considered him permanent.
Leading
Your human resources strategy should establish a salary and compensation policy to encourage
your existing workforce to stay and attract qualified candidates to your firm. Perform periodic
reviews of salary levels to ensure workers are remunerated competitively. Give bonuses to the
employees to full targets in time .
Controlling
Interloop is also a large scale employer.to mange them, they use new method of attendance of the
employees.they give facilities to employees to full the task or goal.they control by cctv’s camera
to see the performance of employees.
