Since its launch on 26th June 2005, DM Digital Television has been constantly providing
quality Urdu and Punjabi programming to global Asian communities, with the ultimate
objective of "connecting the world to South East Asia and shortening the distance be-
tween Asian around the world". The dynamism of this massive market, combined with
successful expansion strategies, has allowed DM Digital TV to develop a coherent and
cohesive multi-media platform.
Coverage
DM Digital Television is a UK based television broadcaster that seeks to promote a free
flow of information and entertainment among the budding Asian community world-
wide. DM Digital Television features a broad mix of programmes, ranging from politi-
cal and economic news and current affairs, documentaries to talk shows, lifestyle and
infotainment programmes, annual events, movies, DM drama specials and films of both
Bollywood, Lollywood and foreign origin.
Today, DM Digital Television and DM Digital Global Channels broadcast to audience in
Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa, covering more than 100 countries and regions via
AsiaSat 3S, Eurobird and Thaicom 5.

DM Digital is one of the largest Asian television networks in the UK, broadcast-
ing live, 24 x 7 from its offices in Manchester. Celebrating its fifth anniversary
this year, DM Digital TV creates and broadcasts many popular programs and live
shows to global audience in 100+ countries. DM that stands for ‘Dorian Metaye’
has effectively brought the Asian and English cultures closer by integrating the
communities.
DM Digital is the first Asian Channel in the UK to broadcast in 6 languages,
which include English, Punjabi, Urdu, Sindhi, Arabic and Hindi. It broadcast as
a Free To Air channel to potential 300 million satellite homes across UK, Europe,
Middle East and Asian Countries. Its channel programming covers a full range
