are the people that help the overall team prosper and grow, as well
as help turn the gears to drive the company to success. It is without

important asset that they carry.

variety of ways. Lack of motivation is
because the needs of an employee are not
being fulfilled or if the environment itself is
not working. Being in an undesirable
environment could affect the mental health
of the employee, causing the unmotivated
attitude.

Narration: If these factors are not met at the needs the employees wish
they were at, then it is important to be able to find a solution, so that
desired needs are met. With a role in HR, one should strive to become a
great motivator who should always recognize what can be improved for
their employees feel a part of a family, and not just a workforce.

How to Motivate
Title: None

Narration: When we take these factors into consideration,

we create a better work environment for employees. When
the environment is improved, motivation amongst the
workforce improves and an employee’s mental state
flourishes rather than diminishes. This keeps employees
happy and and keeps them striving for success. With great
employees, comes a great working environment.
