RE: 2018 Off-Season Updates and Notes

Owners:

This is a formal announcement that the inaugural League call-in will be held this week.

The call is set to take place on Tuesday May 8, 2018 with a start time of 8pm EST. Please send any
conflicts to the League Office ASAP so arrangements can be made.

If you are 100% unable to attend the call please send the following to the Commissioner prior to
Tuesday at 12pm EST:

- League By-Law and Setting Suggestions for the 2018 Season

- Suggestions for Draft Weekend Itinerary
- Other Comments / Suggestions you would like brought before the Owners

Beginning at 8pm EST, a loose agenda for the call-in is as follows:

- 8:00 – 8:15pm General Meet and Greet. Remember it’s been a while since some of us
have seen just how great Gertz looks!

- 8:15 – 8:45pm Hosted by Alec Remaly, the 2018 Rules Assembly will take place.
General idea is that by-law and settings / rules suggestions will be discussed and documented
here. Nothing will be taken to a vote during this meeting.

- 8:45 – 9:15pm Draft Weekend Planning / Discussions – let’s work out some of the
details of the trip itinerary as a group and discuss key group activites!

- 9:15pm Adjournment / continuation of the above, because this agenda means

nothing!

To help keep discussions on track, please try to submit your suggestions for the Rules Assembly and
Draft Weekend planning sessions to the Commissioner by 12pm on Tuesday. We should focus on the
discussion / arguments for and against these items during the Assembly to better prepare for a vote.
