Q20 Areas that require the student teacher's corrective action.

Although I am seeing some improvements as the weeks progress, I would like to see Ms. Cordero being more proactive initiating with
students on an instructional basis. For example during independent time, I would suggest going around classroom and observing which
student(s) could use your support instead of CT always initiating that action.

Q21 Areas in which the student teacher has demonstrated excellence.

Ms. Cordero has adapted well to the classroom/staff on a social level. She initiates conversation with students on things she and
student(s) have in common. During collaborative meetings, she provides her input.
