EXCUTIVE SUMMARY
As marketing is a key factor of building a brand image to any organisation the reliable software
technology made a strategy to hire the MBA perusing graduates for introducing its product to the
market by providing internship which company can make the marketing activities in less cost.
The marketing activities were carried by directly visiting the schools across the RT Nagar zone,
frazor town and so on. The task was assigned to give live demos in the schools for the higher
authorities, principals, board of directors, secretaries so on where the complete information was
given about the software to the prospective persons in the schools and also the targets were given
to at least to visit five to eight schools in a day around the city and to give at least to give three
live demos in the schools which was very challenging and convincing the institutions to look at
the software.
The job was very challenging in making the deals for the company within the short period of
time and the job required many skills to develop with me to perform the task. The job was very
interesting and challenging in convincing the higher authorities, management heads, principals,
board of directors so on within minutes of time to buy the education software from us to have the
better way of things in their educational institutions.
The software was developed according to the modern needs of education system and also which
brings the transparency in running the educational institution and also able to get any kind of
data required within the school in fractions of seconds and also able to send all updates of the
school at just one click to students, parents, teachers, non working staff at the institutions with
just click of mouse.
The mode of internship was carried on with great exposure and gave lot experience in
approaching the institutions and also able to convince the institutions in purchasing the product
for the institutions for the betterment of the institutions and to make lot of difference in education
system from past to present. This made lot of parents happy in getting real time updates from the
schools on exact happenings of the activities and also parents were able to track their children
performance from time to time and software made the parents to contact the teachers to know the
all information of their child behaviour in school.
The software helped to teachers in making their work easy in software which reduced lot of time
and also administration departments were so much satisfied in working with the system as lot of
paper work was reduced and to maintain the files easily.
Overall the experience in working with the company as polished my skills and was able get lot of
practical knowledge in performing the job and was able to see the educational institutions
working style and managing the skills.

INTRODUCTION
1.1. INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY
In 2017 generation the software plays a major role in the global world due to their globalization
the joint families became nuclear families and in nuclear families everyone is busy in their own
job schedules
Due to this globalization the parents are not able to take care of the children so hence the
EDMANSYS came to picture where the parents are able to track the children’s

is known as EDMANSYS
EADMANSYS stands for education management system where it acts like a platform for
parents, teachers, and students is interaction with each other to know the status of the children &
the updates of the school
The software contains five different modules.

Parent’s module
Student’s module
Teacher module
Admin module
This module has customized dashboard based on the roles of the employees performing in the
educational organizations. The software helps in making all the needed operations easy through
specially build features according to the work style and much needed options to perform the
operations and in the growth of the educational organization.

view of the marketing assets that the customer will accept whatever product the seller presents to
them. In this way, the main concern of the producer is to produce without considering behavior
of the customer. But this point of view of marketing has now changed.
The modern marketing concept is viewed from the consumer’s point of viewed from the
consumer’s point of view of marketing is concentric on the consumer. Producer does not produce
whatever the likes but whatever the consumer wants.

The term market may be considered as a convenient meeting place where buyers and

their income to fulfil those wants. Today a market is equated with the total demand.
The American Marketing Association defines a market, “as the aggregate demand of
potential buyers for a product or service”.
Under keen competition, a marketer wants to create or capture and retain the market i.e.
customer demand through an appropriate marketing mix offered to a target market. The market
offering i.e. supply must meet fully customer demand, which are unmet needs and desires.

Marketing research is the systematic gathering, recording and analyzing of the data about
problems connected to the marketing of goods and services i.e. problems relating to product,
price, promotion and distribution of the 4p’s of the marketing mix.
Marketing research is concerned with all those factors, which have a direct impact upon

role of marketing as the focus for the business decision-making.

the bargaining power of the suppliers are having the upper hand compared with the
company.
2. Bargaining Power of Buyers – In company the bargaining of the buyers are having upper
hand because of the huge competition in the market hence the company as to make the
pricing strategies to their customers looking at the competitor price and make sure that
the company is coating less price compared with the competitor and also in mean while

teaching staff so hence to come out with problem the schools found the solution in segregating

Findings
 Due to technical reasons the users were not able to get the updates on time so
hence the users were unable to get information for smooth working and able to
finish the work on time whatever the work assigned to them was getting
postpones or delay in finishing the work.
 The major respondents were not able to get the information on time due to server
problems and the network breakage for which the parents were not able to access
the accounts and get the updates from the school and teachers.
 The schools also faced lot of problems in maintaining the software and so many
schools were not send the updates within the school and to parents due lack of
computer knowledge to the administrators.
 There were so many administrators, management heads, teachers, parents and

students who were not able to get change from the manual system to the computer
system as they found it very difficult and time consuming to perform the tasks and
pass on the updates to all from the software.
 Administrators, management heads, teachers, parents and students found a

problem in using the software due to often login and logout from software as the
software kept log outing after the 5 minutes.
 By using the software the users were not able to communicate with all the
departments and also with parents and students due to lack of improper way of
data updating to the software.
 There were so many complaints received on the software in that major complaints
were on the bugs fixing.
 Due to huge strength of the students in the schools the administrators found
difficult to upload the data of the students to the software as it was having huge
details of the students.
 Due to the new rules of the government the software was not having some the
features for which the schools were not happy.

Suggestions
 It was recommended to organization to develop the voice recognizable feature to the
software by which the administrators can able to upload the data easily.
 The device used for tracking the student is not able to update the parents on time so
hence it was suggested to the company to redesign the tracking device which provides
the accurate information to the parents on time.
 It was also recommended to the organization to make the software more reliable and
also user friendly in which return brings more customers to the business and which will
also help in organizational growth.
 It was suggested to the organization to make the edmansys to reduce the subscription
charges so that more schools are able to adopt the software and make the best use of it.
 Due to more illiterates in our country it was suggested to remove the login and logout
options in the parent’s module by which the parents are able to use the software with
minimum sense of common understanding.
 Due to more middle class segment in our country so many parents were not able to bear
the monthly charges to get the subscription to their children and even schools are not
able to buy the software because of the more installation and hardware cost. So therefore
it was suggested to the organization to provide the hardware for free so that many
schools will come forward to upgrade the present education system and also to buy the
software.
 It was suggested to company to change the mode of collecting the charges from monthly
to yearly subscription basis which will be more helpful for educational organizations and
also to the organization to utilize the funds and to make the organization to grow in
higher rate.
 As the generation is full of nuclear families there is no patience for the parents to often
login to the web version of the software and get the information so it was recommend to

the organization to develop the mobile version of it so the parents can able to get the
information easily.
 It was recommended to the organization to pay on time salaries to the employees such
that the employees can be retained in the organization.
 It was also suggested to the organization to give proper incentive schemes to the
marketing employees so that the marketing team will be enthusiastic in working with the
organization.
CONCLUSION
In 2017 generation the role of technology plays a major role in making the things more
effective so hence the organization as analyzed the current happenings and developed the
software which is very much needed to this generation and also providing great platform to the
education system which is very much needed to the developing country like India for the better
tomorrow as the education is the basic step of development to any country.
As says say that the education is one of the backbone of the country so hence the reliable
software technology as found the right platform for the growth of the organization and also better
business targets by developing the education software which can be easily marketed to large
segments easily so hence the software is very effective in fulfilling the education requirements
and it operations to perform better in easy and better manner.
