Abstract
The present project of degree is developed in the city of Guayaquil, with the objective of
"Designing promotional strategies to increase the number of students of the Glamor art school in
the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas". This research was developed under an exploratory -
descriptive method to a determined group of young people, among the instruments used to obtain
the necessary information the survey was used, carried out in the southwest of the city of Guayaquil.
Among the main results obtained, it was known that there is a need for a modeling school in the
sector. A marketing proposal was developed based on the 4P (product, price, promotion and place)
followed by the financial one that allowed demonstrating the hypothesis "The design of promotional
strategies will allow the increase of the number of students of the school of arts Glamor in the City
of Guayaquil ", the proposal had a cost benefit of 68.11%. Among the conclusions and
recommendations to be consolidated within the present proposal, the need for an innovative culture
among young people in the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas was confirmed.
