Good day. Please read the information below and follow the
procedure accordingly. Please consider the extra time that will be
required additionally for Post Arrangements (back and forth) and
Bank Transfer, especially for those who apply from the Philippines.

You can apply for new passport from the Philippines by sending us
below documents. However, it will take about at least 2 months to
get a new passport from Addis Ababa.

<PASSPORT RENEWAL DOCUMENTS>

1. Copy of Ethiopian Passport (First page)

2. Passport-sized colour picture: 4 pieces

3. Copy of Valid ID CARD in the Philippines.

- The ID card must be produced by the Philippines Government.

4. Two copies of application form

- Attached. Please fill out with details.

5. Fingerprints:

PLEASE TAKE FROM THE POLICE STATION AND SEND US ORIGINAL.

- You need to send us your 10 Fingerprints that is taken from a police
station
6. The processing fee is as follows. Choose one type and send us the
exact fee accordingly.
- 32 pages: 60 USD
- 48 pages: 80 USD
- 64 pages: 110 USD

Exact visa processing fee should be directly transferred to the

Embassy's account through wire transfer to the following bank
account address. Applicants must make sure that all the required
Bank Commission should be borne by themselves while transferring
the correct visa processing fee. The processing fee is non-refundable.
If your payment is incorrect, we will NOT be able to assist you.

Please consult with your bank when you send money. For your
information, there's no bank commission that our bank put on us
when we receive the money. However, they advised overseas
senders to consult with respective bank regarding the issue.
According to our bank, if the sender's bank transfers money via
'relay bank', then the relay bank will charge some amount again.

in order to return your passport back to you.

** NOTICE

Our Embassy do not provide postal service. Please provide us your

account number of DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc, OR arrange remote
pick-up service.

- To pay for the postal service fee on your side, an account number
is required. For the details, please consult with any postal service
company in your country. It is ok if a 3rd party pays for the postal
service fee using their account number.
