Professional Development Plan

(What do YOU need to work on to grow professionally?)

I want to work on activities that are commensurate with all the abilities and all the elements in the classroom,

and the activities that have a few difficulties or that the student needs effort to do, and does not end quickly.

And that the activities are proportional to each corner in the chapter and be between them and between the

lesson is relevant.

1. Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal)

My goal is to make activities consistent with three abilities that are high, medium, low. And choose the

activities that the students prefer to benefit from them and not only the activity and completion of the activity

without interest.

2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used)

1- Designing difficult activities requires a high concentration to eliminate lost time.

2- Engage students in lessons through simple physical activities such as transitions from group to

another.

3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence)

By explaining different lessons and doing activities for each lesson, these lessons will be quite different

from other lessons.

students from each group to take a look of the classroom and give me the flash card. For example,

if I will say the story and between the words there are one word that begin with /h/ sound, this word
