Materials Handling Services

Dependable delivery of sanitation products and supplies is essential to
businesses like yours, which must comply with many governmental
regulations. At C K Enterprises, we manage our own fleet of trucks to
ensure your order is shipped and delivered when you need it. Labels and what they mean to you.

By delivering products via our own fleet, we can control environmental FLAMMABLE - Any material whether solid, liquid, vapor, or gas
factors that might otherwise affect the performance of those materials, which ignites easily and burns quickly. A flammable liquid will have
such as heat and cold. It also means we can provide same-day service, if a flash point below 100F (38C). All Flammables are combustible
necessary, in emergencies. but not all combustibles are flammable.

Drum Delivery and Disposal
Drum delivery offers flexibility in low-usage facilities and areas. Delivered
via our own fleet to local clients, drums are especially convenient. And
because our drivers deliver directly to your storage site, we can also
ensure the quality of our products.
In addition, if you are using chemicals packaged in drums, C K
Enterprises drivers will pick up and remove any empty drums at the same
time for recycling at our plant. This means you don’t have to worry about
transferring empty containers or spend time triple-washing and cleaning
them prior to disposal. That’s not only convenient, it’s a direct cost-
savings for you.
Bulk Delivery
For greater economy, C K Enterprises also offers bulk delivery, which
eliminates drum shipping, handling and disposal costs, which are
shipped via our own fleet.
Tote Tanks
Portable tanks can be shipped by our trucks or by commercial carrier, and
replaced with full tanks as needed. Tote tanks offer the advantage of bulk
delivery even for facilities with moderate chemical requirements.
CORROSIVE: A chemical that aggressively attacks metal or that
burns and destroys living tissue like skin, lungs or the stomach
when it touches it. Examples are nitric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium
hydroxide, chlorine and hydrochloric acid.
OXIDIZER: The DOT defines an oxidizer as a substance that yields
oxygen readily to stimulate the combustion of organic matter.
Oxidizers are significant hazards in a fire situation. Unprotected
contact with oxidizers causes chemical burns.

K-BRITE 100
K-BRITE 100 is a liquid, high foaming, acidic cleaner-descaler which is
suitable for use in food processing and dairy plants where a heavy-duty, high-
foaming acid cleaner is needed.

K-BRITE 220
K-BRITE 220 is a liquid foaming, acidic cleaner-descaler which is suitable for
use in food processing and dairy plants where a heavy-duty, foaming acid
cleaner is needed. For manual cleaning or use in mechanical cleaning
devices.

K-BRITE 330
K-BRITE 330 is a penetration soil removal, rapid rinsing. Chemical matters
enable K-BRITE 330 to work on protein scale and other tough scale
deposits. It also makes an excellent hand acid descaler.

Alkaline Chlorinated Detergents

CHLORINATED CIP POWDER

CHLORINATED CIP POWDER is a formulated heavy-duty chlorinated
circulation cleaner of high alkalinity. This product is designed to remove
heavy-duty soil deposits form cookers, processors, kettles, hot product lines,
ham molds and loaf molds. An excellent product for boiling out kettles, pipes
and parts. This product, when properly used, will generally eliminate the
need of daily acid usage.

CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS

CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS is an alkaline, chlorinated, self-foaming cleaner
for use in meat packing plants, bakeries and other food plants. These
characteristics combined in a single package offer economy and

K-FOAM SF PLUS
K-FOAM SF PLUS is an alkaline, chlorinated, self-foaming cleaner for use in
meat packing plants, bakeries and other food plants. These characteristics
combined in a single package offer economy and convenience advantages.
K-FOAM SF PLUS can be applied mechanically or manually.

LIQUA KLOR CIP

LIQUA KLOR CIP is a low-foaming liquid CIP cleaner containing caustic and
chlorine. Formulated for the in-place cleaning of dairy and meat processing
equipment, it eliminates the need of daily acid cleaning. It is acceptable for
use in meat and poultry plants. This product is designed for use in liquid
feeding systems for proper control and ease of handling.

HY-ALK
HY-ALK is a very high alkaline type cleaner, especially formulated to clean
frying and cooking equipment. It has a very high level of cleaning ability and
gives excellent results in cleaning heavily cooked-on soils. HY-ALK is
especially effective for C.I.P. cleaning of high temperature, air impingement
ovens.

K-HYDROXY
K-HYDROXY heavy-duty alkaline cleaner is designed to remove burned-on
carbon and other baked-on food soils. It is effective in removing oils, grease,
and proteinaceous deposits commonly found throughout the food industry. It
can be used in central cleaning systems, soaking operations, and immersion
tanks. It can be used for boilout with foam and gel, and in recirculating
systems of breweries, dairies, bakeries, meat, poultry, canning, and other
food plants.

K-KLEEN 1000
K-KLEEN 1000 is a liquid, heavy duty, highly alkaline smokehouse cleaner
designed to clean grease and carbon buildup from floors and walls of
smokehouses as well as provide excellent cleaning of fans and duct work. K-
KLEEN 1000 contains inorganic builders and sequestrants to furnish
alkalinity, deflocculation, soil suspension, emulsification and chelation. The
surfactant system was designed to achieve wetting, emulsification and
detergency. Emphasis has been placed on rapid emulsification, a desirable
property when cleaning smokehouses. K-KLEEN 1000 is completely
biodegradable and poses no pollution problems.

MASTER FOAM
MASTER FOAM is a liquid foam cleaner formulated for the foam cleaning of
all types of metals: stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum. It excels in the
removal of protein soils. MASTER FOAM is convenient, economical and
ready-to-use foam cleaner.

POWDERED SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER

POWDERED SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER is a formulated, highly alkaline
compound designed to readily remove smoke, tars and heavy grease build-
up from smokehouses and provides and economical and practical means of
cleaning smokehouses.

RAPID FOAM II
RAPID FOAM II is a dark brown, thick heavily alkaline foaming cleaner for
removing heavy cooked-on soil and build-up from food processing machinery
and ovens. Foams well with thick stable foam at solutions of 4 ounces per
gallon. Excellent cleaner for ovens, cookers and smokehouses, when used
at above concentrations.

SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER LIQUID

SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER is a concentrated, light brown heavy-duty alkaline
cleaning compound designed to remove burned-on carbons and other baked-
on food soils. It is effective in removing oils, greases, and proteinaceous
deposits commonly found throughout the food industry. It can be used in
central cleaning systems, soaking operations, immersion tanks; it can be
used for boil-out with foam and jell, and in recirculating systems of breweries;
dairies; meat, poultry, canning, and other food plants.

ARCTIC KLEEN is a multiple use liquid cleaner for cleaning anywhere in
below freezing conditions. It is specifically designed to provide fast, efficient
and practical means for cleaning frozen food lockers, equipment, docks and
any other cold temperature cleaning of dirt, grime, fats, grease and similar
deposits from metal, quarry tile, concrete and other hard surfaces. ARCTIC
KLEEN resists freezing to -44° F.

K-BURST 1000
K-BURST 1000 is a 10% active emulsion of polydimethyl siloxane formulated
to control foam in industrial processes and products. This versatile defoamer
is readily diluted with water or other process liquids for easy addition to
foaming solutions and maximum cost effectiveness. K-BURST 1000
efficiently controls foam over a wide ph range and in nonionic, cationic and
anionic systems.

K-HYDROXY

K-TAG is a concentrated, liquid denaturing agent for use on condemned
carcasses in meat, poultry and rabbit processing plants. Spraying of the
condemned carcasses with a solution of K-TAG imparts to the carcasses a

LEMON ODOR CONTROL

LEMON ODOR CONTROL is an odor control multi fragrance general
cleaning solution that is an oil base. LEMON ODOR CONTROL may be used
on all surfaces.

LIQUID ENZYME PLUS

LIQUID ENZYME PLUS is a drain treatment product consisting of specially
developed synergized bacteria, aerobic,

PERADEX
Used in the dairy, food and beverage processing industry for CIP pipeline
cleaning, sanitizing, bottle and filler sanitizing, and disinfection. It is also used
in the treatment of cooling water, process and wastewater. Also, primary
uses are for slime and biofouling control, sulfite and odor reduction, and for
cleaning UF and RO membranes. Peroxyacetic acid solutions are also used
for disinfection in human and veterinary applications including hospitals. Use
dilution for equipment sanitation is 1 to 2.4 oz per 6 gal. of water. Use dilution
for disinfection for various organisms is 1.5-20 oz. per 5 gal of water. A
potable water rinse is not necessary if less than 2.4 oz/6 gal is used (200
ppm active PAA).

CLEANER 304-C
A heavy duty cleaner for steam cleaning and immersion tank operations. It
incorporates a superior blend of biodegradable surfactants and penetration
additives that quickly and effectively remove grease and carbonized soil from
heavy equipment and machinery. It is this unique blend and not a high
caustic percentage as with other steam cleaners, which provides the cleaning
effectiveness. It is also excellent for removal of soils and tars from
smokehouses. CLEANER 304-C is an excellent cleaner for grease and meat
incrusted floors. The blend of surfactants and alkaline builder lifts soil from
the floor and the green indicator dye adds a visual aide to application and
rinsing.

highly concentrated alkaline cleaners. It will produce stable copious foam
when applied with a foam generator.

K-FOAM 121
K-FOAM 121 is a unique, biodegradable foam-cleaning additive designed for
use with alkaline foam generating equipment as well as acidic cleaners.
When applied with K-FOAM 121 it provides a light fluffy controlled type foam,

K-FOAM LO
K-FOAM LO is a medium duty, multi purpose alkaline cleaner that provides
excellent penetration of numerous soils. Soil removal is rapid and rinsing
results in a film free surface.

LIFT OFF
LIFT-OFF is a medium-duty, multi-purpose alkaline cleaner that provides
excellent penetration of numerous soils. Soil removal is rapid and rinsing
results in a film-free surface.

Hand Products
Name Description

BAC-OFF
BAC-OFF is amber colored germicidal hand soap, authorized by USDA for
use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This product is iodine type
germicidal hand soap, without the dark staining properties of the usual iodine
product. Small amounts of this hand soap still produce sanitizing properties
and leaves emollients feel to the hands.

HAND-SAN
HAND-SAN hand soap is an effective sanitizing hand soap, which has been
authorized by USDA for use in federally, inspected meat and poultry
processing plants. It is also recommended for use in food processing plants
and restaurants by personnel prior to handling food and/or food processing
equipment.

C K BLEACH whitens and brightens fabrics of all types. All colorfast fabrics
such as cotton, linen, cotton-synthetic blends, nylon, Orlon and other
synthetic fibers. Do not use on wool or other fibers harmed by water.

C K LAUNDRY DETERGENT
C K LAUNDRY DETERGENT is a granular, moderate foaming heavy duty,
detergent containing optical brighteners and soil suspension ingredients.
This product is an excellent detergent when used as directed and provides
good cleaning, even in hard water.

GREASE OUT
GREASE-OUT spot cleaner laundry addition is generally used at a dilation
rate of 1 to 4 ounces per gallon. GREASE-OUT is designed to be used in

K-SAN 125
K-SAN 125 is an economical and effective liquid sanitizer containing 12.5%
hypochlorite solution. For sanitizing applications in food processing, milk
industry, farm premises and laundry facilities. Approved as a sanitizer on
food surfaces with no rinse, USDA designation D2.

LIQUID LAUNDRY BOOSTER

LIQUID LAUNDRY BOOSTER is a clear liquid blend of heavy
duty alkaline builders, sequestering agents and soil-suspending agents. It
can be used alone in a break cycle, or in a break/suds cycle with any laundry
detergent for “sparkling” spot-free results. The powerful formula of LIQUID
LAUNDRY BOOSTER releases even the most difficult oil-based stains.

LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT

LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT is a concentrated specific blend of soil
suspending agents, alkaline builders and optical brighteners to give a total
laundering job when used alone or in combination with K-San or C K Bleach.

GRIME-AWAY
GRIME-AWAY laundry detergent is generally used at a dilution rate of 1 to 4
ounces per gallon of water. GRIME-AWAY is designed to be used in
conjunction with GREASE OUT.

RCC-100
RCC-100 is a granular, moderate foaming, heavy duty, detergent containing
optical brighteners and soil suspension ingredients. This product is an
excellent detergent when used as directed and provides good cleaning, even
in hard water.

SOF-TOUCH
SOF-TOUCH FABRIC SOFTENER is a concentrated, highly effective laundry
softener, ideal for a wide variety of fabrics. Used properly, SOF-TOUCH
reduces static cling and wrinkling. Due to SOF-TOUCH'S incorporation of
the latest chemical advances in laundry technology, treated fabrics are
especially noted for their softness and fluffiness and also for their excellent
rewettability.

Sanitizers
Name Description

CK LF ACID SANITIZER
CK LF ACID SANITIZER is a concentrated, non-foaming acid sanitizer for
C.I.P., C.O.P. and non-circulation applications. CK LF ACID SANITIZER has
reduced phosphates due to its unique blended acid formula. CK LF ACID
SANITIZER provides effective germicidal action on a broad range of
microorganisms including gram positive and gram negative bacteria. CK LF
ACID SANITIZER's 1 ounce to 6 gallon use rate provides a low pH that
insures rapid bacterial action while removing water scale and mineral build-
up. CK LF ACID SANITIZER leaves equipment surfaces in an acidic range
which lengthens life of stainless steel parts.

DICA-QUAT
DICA QUAT is a concentrated germicide for use in food processing plants. It
is composed of anionic surface-active agents and phosphoric acid to provide
strong germicidal action against a broad range of microorganisms including
gram positive and gram-negative bacteria. DICA QUAT usage rate of just 1
ounce to 5 gallons of water provides a low pH that insures rapid bacterial kill
while also removing water scale and other mineral buildup. DICA QUAT will
leave stainless steel bright and shining.

DI-SAN DF
DI-SAN DF is a liquid, mildly acidic, non-foaming iodophor. It is scientifically
blended to give quick, positive wetting, yet rapid "drain-off." It is equally
effective in hot or cold, hard or soft water. DI-SAN DF has potent sanitizing
properties without the need of heat because of its high content of
bacteriological active iodine. DI-SAN DF is phosphate free.

K-QUAT 4
K-QUAT 4 is a four chain liquid quaternary disinfectant sanitizer with 7.5%
active ingredients. The inclusion of four quats in this product provides
excellent killing properties at a lower use concentration. Recommended for
sanitizing all food contact surfaces (no rinse required when used according to
label directions). Product is effective at 1 ounce of product per four gallons of
water (150 ppm).

K-SAN
K-SAN is stable chlorine with 6% available chlorine (minimum) and may be
used for sanitizing and water chlorination. K-SAN is EPA and USDA
approved for use in food processing plants.

K-SAN 125

Used in the dairy, food and beverage processing industry for CIP pipeline
cleaning, sanitizing, bottle and filler sanitizing, and disinfection. It is also used
in the treatment of cooling water, process and wastewater. Also, primary
uses are for slime and biofouling control, sulfite and odor reduction, and for
cleaning UF and RO membranes. Peroxyacetic acid solutions are also used
for disinfection in human and veterinary applications including hospitals. Use
dilution for equipment sanitation is 1 to 2.4 oz per 6 gal. of water. Use dilution
for disinfection for various organisms is 1.5-20 oz. per 5 gal of water. A
potable water rinse is not necessary if less than 2.4 oz/6 gal is used (200
ppm active PAA).

CAUSTIC TK-10
Titrates a solution to give a color change, indicating % caustic soda. Best for
weak or diluted caustic solutions. 1 drop=0.25% caustic.

PERACETIC ACID
Strips used to determine concentration of peracetic acid in solution.
Measures increments of 0, 10, 20, 40, 60, 85, 160 ppm peracetic acid. 50
strips per vial.

QUAT 0-1000
Test papers used to determine concentration of quat in solution. Measures
increments of 0, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 ppm quat. 1 single roll/box; 10
boxes per case.

SODIUM HYDROXIDE
A sample is reacted with barium to precipitate any carbonates, then titrated to
a phenolphthalein endpoint. Measures 0-10%, with 0.2% divisions. Direct
reading titrator method.
