1. Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal)
- Manage the classroom by having a teacher character that students can respect and respond
to my instructions.

- I will praise and use the reward system during the class time to get the students attention
and focus to the lesson. So that I can control them and they will be quiet.
3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence)
- I think when I use the strategies and students are interacting with me or having control them.
So that I will know I am achieving my goal.
- Pencils
I will start the lesson by drawing on the white board different shapes and I will draw the
circle shape many times, and I will ask students about the most shape they saw on the
board it will be our new shape. After identifying the shape, I will turn on the circle song to
know how the shape is and what objects around us is circle. Then, I will ask them to
explore around the class things have circle shape. After that, I will draw a circle on the
board and explain it it has no sides and corners for a circle shape. Then, I will ask
