OPERATION PLANNING PROCESS

 FOPDI Plan: Drive the long lead term material (chipset, Memory, PA, LCD glass, Camera sensor…) and suppliers capacity
preparation(6 months)
Rules: no FOPDI plan if DR0 not passed

 Demand plan/WPP: Drive mid/short term material ( LCD,TP, Antenna, speaker, camera, casing…) preparation.
Rules: no production plan on W1 if no PO or no TA

 Order: Drive package materials preparation and full kits material readiness from supplier to factory;
Rules: coming 7 days production fixed with clean PO (PO/Payment/TA/Materials qualification)
