Summer Reading Social Studies Test Memory Verse Test

This summer, students going
into 2nd grade have an
assignment to read the book
Dinosaurs Before Dark by Mary
Pope Osborne. Please make
sure that your child reads this
book over the summer and
completes the 2nd grade
summer reading assignment
found on the Harding website.
We will have a social
studies test on Tuesday
over the study guide that
was sent home this past
Tuesday. For this test, each
student will need to be able
to correctly identify and
name the seven continents.
We will not have any more
spelling tests this year. We will
have a memory verse test over
Psalm 23:6 next Friday. This
memory verse is being sent
home today in your child’s
folder.
