The problem
Bullying has become a major problem
in schools … Victims of bullying are
largely affected … All of us need to
be informed on different types of

epidemic.

Bullying Behavior Examples
Some Main Bullying actions are:

● “power tripping”
● “harassing”
● “disrespecting”
● “tormenting”

(Kowalski 5).

Bullying can involve both age and gender. For instance,

Kowalski claims that boys are known to “use more physical
force” and girls “rely on teasing, taunting and excluding
others” (Kowalski 7).
Bullying characteristics
Some characteristics found in bullying are:

➢ “Racist Bullying”
➢ “Sexual Bullying” (Coloroso 4,9).

Racist bullying only occurs when kids are “taught to be

racist before they can engage in racist bullying” (Coloroso
4). Children will pick up racial slurs and stereotyping to
use it to discriminate against individuals in that group.

Sexual bullying or harassment can affect the “core of our

being and can have devastating consequences” (Coloroso 9).

“Everybody needs to take a stand and voice their

opinion on solutions and ways to stand up to
