COURSE TITLE: COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NC II
NOMINAL DURATION: (sec. 3.1) 280 hours
QUALIFICATION LEVEL: NC II
This course is designed to develop & enhance the
knowledge, skills, & attitudes of a Computer Systems
Service Technician, in accordance with industry standards.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: It covers the basic and common competencies in addition to
the core competencies such as to install and configure
computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers
and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks.
Trainees or students wishing to gain entry into this course
TRAINEE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: should possess the following requirements:
(section 3.3) • Can communicate either oral and written;
• Must pass the trainability/aptitude test.
