THIS ADDENDUM to RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT ("Addendum") is made on _________________________ between

Washer/Dryer. In addition to the Apartment, Landlord has leased to You and You have leased from Landlord a washer
and dryer for the additional monthly rent of $___40.00___________/per month. Rent on the washer and dryer is due as
additional monthly rent which will be used in calculating any late fee due under this Lease. You further agree that,
should the Lease be terminated for any reason, the lease of the washer and dryer shall also terminate at the same
time as the Lease without further notice to You and the washer and dryer will remain in the Apartment. You accept
full responsibility for the care of the washer and dryer. You will be responsible for all repairs due to negligence or
abusive use.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to be signed in person or by a person duly
authorized the day and year written above.

BY SIGNING BELOW, RESIDENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN A SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY
TO FULLY REVIEW THIS ADDENDUM TO RESIDENTIAL LEASE, HAS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
ADDENDUM TO RESIDENTIAL LEASE, AND UNDERSTANDS THE ABOVE LISTED LEASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY
SIGNING BELOW, RESIDENT FURTHER AGREES TO COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
ADDENDUM TO RESIDENTIAL LEASE AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
