    Dear Scholarship Committee,

    I am writing to recommend Hannah Greenwood. I have known Hannah this current school year,
    and serve as her School Counselor at Frank W. Cox High School.

    Hannah is an intelligent, motivated, and extremely likable young woman. She truly stands out
    amongst her peers, and is very active within our school. If she shows the same initiative and drive in
    college she will undoubtedly be very successful with anything that she chooses to pursue in her future.

    Throughout her time at Frank W. Cox High School Hannah has been a very involved and valued
    member of the school community. She is a member of numerous Honor Societies; such as the National
    English, Science, Spanish, Social Studies, and Math Honor Societies. Hannah was awarded the Fantastic
    Falcon Award in Economics in 2014, and the Fantastic Falcon Award in Spanish 2 the same year. She is a
    member of the Environmental Club, Gifted Advisory Board, Wingspan Literary Magazine, and the Family,
    Career, and Community Leaders of America. Hannah as well volunteers for Care by Community as a
    mentor and tutor for at-risk students at Cooke Elementary School.

    I would recommend Hannah Greenwood without any reservations. She is extremely determined
    and devoted to her studies and has an excellent sense of who she is and where she wants to go in life. I
    have no doubt that Hannah will excel in anything she pursues academically and beyond. She will be an
    excellent addition to any student body as her maturity and drive is beyond comparison. If you have any
