I am Joel Marcelo C. de Leon, a kinsfolk’s residence of Tagum City, presently a

Senior Agriculturist employee of this City. I had already served for almost 22 years
in the Agricultural business sector and services in my career. I do believe that I
can handle much bigger responsibilities with these experiences I advocated.
