communication between your organisation and our internal services, which results in an
optimal cooperation. We therefore expect that you complete the supplier sheet with
accurate and complete company information and submit it to us as soon as possible.

1.3 IMPORTANT E-MAIL ADDRESSES

e-mail payment details In this e-mail address you will receive a detailed
overview of all payments that Colruyt made to you as
our supplier.
e-mail for orders The e-mail all orders will be sent to.

e-mail for invoice The e-mail address at which we will contact you for
differences any questions regarding invoicing.

1.7 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Here the supplier can specify the data he requires to access Colruyt's on-line portal.
Product specifications will be retrieved via the Colruyt portal. Of every person who should
be granted access, the supplier must specify the following details:
