Prom Committee Volunteer Agreement

I agree to (please initial on the lines below):

_______Make calls to Locations to secure a venue in our budget

_______Provide ideas on Prom theme/colors
_______Show up to all Prom Committee Meetings (to be set at first meeting)
_______Meet the deadlines set forth by the committee
_______Complete any tasks assigned to me by the Committee
_______be respectful of my classmates during this process

If I choose to ignore the above requests, the Prom Committee has the right
to vote me off the team, with a majority vote, in the presence of our Class
Sponsor.
