Mappr Admin User Guide

Signing In School Admin Account:


 For School to sign in in a Mappr account school need to first visit on a Mappr website i.e.
www.mappr.in.
 Then school needs to enter user id and password, and then by clicking on a login option school
can sign in into its account.

Home Screen of School:


 After log in into an account a homepage screen of a school will open. All the Posts Posted by
teachers and students can also be seen in home page of a school. School can also filter posts
accordingly as posts of Notes, Notices, Events, Polls and Quizzes.

 On top bar you can see Admin panel, Scheduled posts, Settings, Messages, Notification and Log
out Option respectively.

 In Page Menu you can see option of Page, Profile, Photos, Bulletin Board and Activities.

 In Post Menu you can see option of Note and Poll.

 On left side you will see Home, Teachers, Students, Trends, Communication, and Messages.

 On right side you can see most active groups at top, all Teachers of school in middle, List of all
students in school at bottom.

Admin Panel from School Log in:


 In order to go to admin you need to click on admin option in a top bar.

 After clicking on admin option it will take you to the admin panel.
 Admin panel consists of various options in page menu.
 Those options are Subject & Classes, Teachers, Students, Roles, Bus, Send Sms, Access
Settings, and Approvals.

Subject & classes:
 After you are into admin screen click on Subject & Classes.
 After clicking on subject & Classes where you can see various options.
 Those Options are Overview, Standards, Subject, Add a Class, Add a Divisions, Class
Codes.
 By Clicking on these Options various screens will open.

Overview Bar:
 After clicking on overview option screen will open.
 This screen will show overview of all classes, its division and subjects.

Standards Bar:
 After clicking on standard option a screen will open showing all standards.
 From this screen we can add new standards.
 Each new standard should be in new line.
 Then by clicking on add option new standard will be added.

Subject Bar:
 After clicking on subject option a screen will open showing all subjects.
 From this screen we can add new subject.
 Each new subject should be in new line.
 Then by clicking on add subject option new subject will be added.

Add a Class Panel:
 From here you can also add their particular division & subjects.
 First to add a class we need to add standard then its divisions.
 After adding divisions we need to assign subjects to create a class.
 Then click on add a class to create new class.
 New Added Divisions can be seen in overview panel.

Add Divisions:
 To add a divisions to a class click on add a divisions then select a standard.
 After selecting standards write the divisions you need to add.

Class Codes Panel:
 By clicking on class code option a screen will open showing class code.
 Class codes of all classes will be displayed.
 These codes are used by the teachers at the time of sign up so that they can be
assigned to that class.
 Each class will have unique class code.

Teachers:
 By clicking on teacher’s option a screen will open.
 This screen show list of all teachers in school.

 This screen will also show assigned subjects and classes of teachers.

 Through this page we can also get the details of class teacher for particular classes.
 You can also delete teachers through this screen.

Students:
 By clicking on students option students screen will open.
 This screen will list of all students along with their respective class.
 Students can also be deleted through this screen.

Roles:
 By clicking on role option roles screen will open.

 This screen will show roles of all teachers in schools such as coordinator.
 There is also option to add account to assign role to new teacher.

Bus:
 By clicking on bus option screen will open.
 From this option you can add bus, create route, and view bus.
 New bus can be created by adding its number, drivers name and also its conductors
name.
 You can also assign a route to that bus.

Send Sms:
 By clicking on send sms screen will open.
 This screen will show all the sms send by school to teachers, students and parents.
 Through this screen school can also send new sms.

Access Settings:
 By clicking on access settings a screen will open
 Through this screen we can enable or disable behaviour, academics, trackr, extra-
curricular and communication.

Approvals:
 By clicking on approval option new screen will open.
 Through approvals we can approve and disapprove new teachers and students to avoid
unauthorized access.

Schedule Post Panel from School Log in:


 By Clicking on schedule post option in top bar
 Screen will open showing all the scheduled post school has done.
 School can also filter these posts.
 These posts can also be edited or deleted.

Setting Panel from School Log in:
 By Clicking on setting option in top bar
 Through this screen you can change password by adding previous password first then
new password.

Notification Panel from School Log in:


 By Clicking on notification option in top bar
 Through notification option you see can all the recent notifications.

Profile Panel from School Log in:
 By clicking on profile option in page menu.
 Profile screen will show schools profile.

Photos Panel from School Log in:


 By clicking on photos option in page menu.
 This page will display all the photos school has posted.

Bulletin Board Panel from School Log in:
 By clicking on bulletin board option in page menu.
 This page will display all the notices and upcoming events of school.

Activities Panel from School Log in:


 By clicking on activities option in page menu.
 This page will display all the activities of school.
 School can also filter posts.

Note Option from School Log in:
 By clicking on note option in page menu.
 Through this option note can be posted.
 There is also option to post later.

Poll Option from School Log in:


 By clicking on poll option in page menu.
 Through this option poll can be posted.
 You can give various options for poll.
 There is also option to post later.

Teacher Panel from School Log in:
 As when you click on Teacher Option a screen will open.
 On Left Side of School Login. Teacher Screen will open where you can 4 options in page
menu i.e. Academics, Extra-Curriculars, Behaviour, Activities.
 To have a look for academics, extra-curricular ,behaviour and activities of every class
provided by teacher.

Academics Screen:
 By clicking on academics option in page menu teacher academics screen will open.
 In teacher Academic Screen you need to select standard for checking the academics of
the particular standard.

Extra-Curricular Screen:
 By clicking on extra-curricular option a screen will open showing different classes and its
division.
 By further clicking on division it will take to extra-curricular page of a class where
endorsement of students will be shown.
 You can also see comparative skill endorsement chart of each class just by selecting a
class.

Behaviour Screen:
 By clicking on a behaviour option in page menu it will take you to the behaviour screen

 Where school can see behaviour report of whole institute as well for a particular class
and its divisions.

 For seeing behaviour report of a particular school needs to click on division of a class
then behaviour chart for that class will open.
 It has a option to view the behaviour report of whole institute.

Activities Screen:
 By clicking on activities option a screen will open showing activities of teacher.

 Activities like assignments or quizzes teachers are assigning to students or notes,


teachers are posting it could be in form of any information or announcements.
 School can also filter posts to see what type of activity school wants to see such as it
could be either announcement, notes or assignments.

Student Panel from School Login:
 As when you click on Student Option a screen will open.
 On Left Side of School Login. Student Screen will open where you can 4 options in page
menu i.e. Academics, Extra-Curriculars, Behaviour, Activities.
 To have a look for academics,extra-curricular,behaviour and activities of each and every
students of every class.

Extra-Curricular Screen:
 By clicking on extra-curricular option a screen will open showing different classes and its
division.

 By further clicking on division it will take to extra-curricular page of a class where endorsement
of students will be shown.
 You can also see comparative skill endorsement chart of each class just by selecting a class.

Behaviour Screen:
 By clicking on a behaviour option in page menu it will take you to the behaviour screen
 Where school can see behaviour report of whole institute as well for a particular class
and its divisions.
 For seeing behaviour report of a particular school needs to click on division of a class
then behaviour chart for that class will open.
 It has a option to view the behaviour report of whole institute.

Activities Screen:
 By clicking on activities option a screen will open showing activities of Student.
 Activities as Posts students are posting in their panel.

Communication Panel from School Login:


 By clicking on communication option a screen will open.
 This screen will show two options on a page menu.

 These two options are Teacher & Students and Teacher & Parents.

 School can see all the communications between teacher and students as well as
between teacher and parents.

Teacher & Students:


 School can see communication between students and teachers.
 All the communication between students and teachers are visible to school.

Teacher & Parents:


 School can see communication between students and parents.
 All the communication between parents and teachers are visible to school.

Message Panel from School Login:
 By clicking on message option in school login a screen will open.
 The screen will display all the messages done by the school and to the school.
 School can message anyone either teacher or student or parent.
 Message screen will show three options in page menu.

 In teacher page menu school can message teachers.

 Screen will open showing all groups in school.
 School can open any group to see its post.

 For Teacher to sign in in a Mappr account school need to first visit on a Mappr website
i.e. www.mappr.in.
 Then teacher needs to enter user id and password, and then by clicking on a login
option teacher can sign in into its account.

Home Screen of Teacher:


 After log in into an account a homepage screen of a teacher will open. All the Posts
Posted by teachers and students can also be seen in home page of a teacher.
 Teacher can also filter posts accordingly as posts of Notes, Notices, Events, Polls and
Quizzes.

 In Page Menu you can see option of Note, Announcement, Assignment, Poll and Quiz.

Academics Screen:
 By clicking on academics option a screen will open.

 In Academic Screen you need to select standard for checking the academics of the
particular standard.
 Select a subject and test type to see the result of that subject and test type.
 Result can be viewed either in percentage or in absolute figures.

Extra-Curricular Screen:
 By clicking on extra-curricular option a screen will open showing different classes.
 You can also see comparative skill endorsement chart of each class just by selecting a class.
 Teacher can also endorse a student through this option.

Behaviour Screen:
 By clicking on a behaviour option it will take you to the behaviour screen.

 Where teacher can see behaviour report of all classes as well for a particular class and
its divisions.

 For seeing behaviour report of a particular class, teacher needs to click on division of a
class then behaviour chart for that class will open.
 Teacher can also award student behaviour in terms of positive and negative traits.

Most Active Group Panel from Teacher Log in:


 By clicking on most active group option.
 Screen will open showing all groups in teacher is associated with.

 Teacher can open any group to see its post.

 You can add skills and your teacher for approval of endorsement.

 Once teacher approves that, it will appear in your skills.
