Reference to the above cited subject and referred letter regarding information sought by
the RTI applicant for the aforementioned RTI application, following are the point wise reply with
respect to the project subjected above –

1. Provide number of liquor vends along with the location that have applied for access
permission from NHAI.
 The same has been duly intimated to your good office vide letter referred at Sl No.
2 which is as follows:

 None of the liquor vends mentioned above have been given access permission by

33023/19/99-DOIII dated 24th July 2013 by MoRTH.
 No information available with the Independent Engineer.

4. Provide copy of steps taken in furtherance of the Order in CWP NO. 26234 of 2017
dated 27th March 2018 by the Honble Punjab & Haryana High Court.
 No information available with the Independent Engineer.
