An M.D. doctor in the state of New York is setting up (604) 532-9596
to treat approximately 30 HIV patients with the
sacramental material. All initial blood information as
well as information on the monthly progress will be
reported to the Alternative Medicine Division of the
National Institute of Health (NIH). None of the names
of the patients or the participating doctors records can
be subpoenaed or prosecuted by law.

The doctor from Florida who has treated the

pancreatic cancer patient is coming to Phoenix today,
and I hope he can work with the NIH program also.

A clinic in the Portland area is attempting to set up a

long term study on about 10 test subjects which they
will select for philosophical studies. They have
represented to have 6 M. M.D.'s a psychiatrist, 2
naturopaths, an acupuncturist and the ability to
perform Kerlian photography.

My Goodness! Memberships have been pouring In since I spoke to the students of Ramtha. J. Z.
Knight had told the students about the work prior to my arrival, but the reception was incredible
and after a twenty minute standing ovation after concluding, I had to excuse myself out of
embarrassment.

In Ashland, Oregon the doctors came to meet with me about the philosophical studies. They had
a Ph.D. attend my presentation in Ashland and he subsequently agreed to oversee the studies.
They have excellent brain wave monitoring equipment to follow changes in consciousness. They
also want us to construct some sealed ampules with pure white powder in them as "aura
detectors".

An M.D. in Georgia is performing cell culture studies on tissue and blood cultures. One of the top
engineers in electronics living in Boca Raton, Florida, is evaluating the uses of ORME Iridium in
high Q electronic filters. Any positive information will be sent to Westinghouse for consideration.
Cell engineering specialty work is already being conducted on cell culture studies, blood cancer
tissues, etc. to see the effect of the ORMES with the DNA. His work is going to be very significant
in learning the actual mechanism of the reactions in the body.

I have recently been contacted by an M.D. in North Carolina who wants to do studies on the
ORMES and is mailing protocol on this proposed testing. His main interest is in the immune
system and its reaction with our tissue.

The M.D. doctor in the state of New York has completed all of the forms as required by the NIH.
As soon as he has received their approval his studies will begin on the HIV patients.

For the record:

Twelve people have taken the rhodium and iridium in the 500 mg per day amounts. Of the
people -- five have experienced no effects. Those five people were all anxious for the material to
work but it didn't.

Four of the five people were strict vegetarians. They already were hearing the high
frequency sound in their head prior to taking the powder. These four people were already seeing
the angels in their meditations. Rather than working better on these people, there seemed to be no
effect at this rate.

I have concluded therefore, that these people had already achieved the first level naturally
and therefore need higher levels of material - say 2500 ma. per day. When I came to this realization
- that we needed more material at a cheaper price - I quit giving the material for philosophical
testing myself and sought doctors who could monitor the patients' progress if we are going to
spend 2500 ma. to 5000 ma. per day. You see my cost would amount to $7500.00 per day at today's
prices.

No one took gold under my testing!

There are now two people who have purchased rhodium and iridium to take 2500 ma. per
day and have paid the exorbitant price for it. They do not intend to fast but to just take this level of
material each evening. We will share results as we receive them.

Testing of the iridium and its relation to leaving space time is now set up to take place during
January in Florida. Actual results should be available in late February or March.

A patient who was losing his eyesight due to an infection of the optic nerve has taken the rhodium
and iridium orally for 30 days and has told me that his eyesight has returned.

We have learned from cell culture studies from several different laboratories that the Rh-Ir Ormes
mixed only with water do not affect cancer or healthy tissues but their affinity for themselves is
greater than that attraction in the cell. We therefore, have concluded that the Ormes must either be
in the chloride form or an amino acid form to enter the cells necessary reaction. The stomach
produces hydrochloric acid when the Ormes are taken orally. Studies are continuing.

Research Data:

Rhodium in the monoatomic form will dissolve in

hydrochloric acid. The stomach has much
hydrochloric acid produced during digestion.
Therefore, when the rhodium is eaten, then it
becomes chloride in the digestive process before
being absorbed through the gut. When the rhodium
chloride passes the gut it may become an amino acid
complex but I do not think that will be the case.

Ongoing studies

The studies to date have found the following

information;
Cancer cells were placed in culture dishes and raised
to maturity. When monoatomic rhodium was dispersed
in the deionized water and added to the cancer
culture they attracted to the cancer cells but did not
affect the cells' activities.

However, when the rhodium is reacted with diluted

hydrochloric acid and then introduced as a chloride
into the cancer cells, the activities of the cells reduced
by 45% to 55%. This truly amazed the researchers.
They had previously seen materials which would kill
cancer cells and they had seen other materials which
had no adverse effect on the cancer. But they had
never before seen a material that literally changes the
nature of the cancer cells and made them normal!

The researchers were sufficiently impressed that they

have engaged eight additional cancer laboratories to
replicate these results. Researchers at N.I.H.
(National Institute of Health) and Merck are now
working with Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic
Elements - specifically rhodium. The researchers at
these facilities of course do not understand what
these materials are, where they came from, or how to
analyze for them.

Construction

The buildings to house the pilot plant will be finished on

the 17th of April. The installation of the equipment will last
about five months. For those who are concerned, all of the
chemistries are being performed in the pilot facility in
totally sealed reactors. All of these vessels are housed in
concrete walls and floors. All of the floors are tapered to

My goodness! The last month has been extremely busy. We
now have an office for ORMES L.L.C. with a person
available five days a weed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (M.S.T.)

We have all 500 of the memberships committed at this
time. However, we have 952 memberships that are from
people who have send long term IOU's or post-dated
checks. Because we have over 200 people waiting for
memberships we have called all of the IOU's due by the 21st
of June. If the IOU makers are unable to come up with the
commitment by that date then we will begin to release those
membership positions to paying parties who desire a
membership. Those positions will probably be available for
four or five weeks. I have strongly suggested that those
interested parties send money orders or cashier's checks.
Now to the technical:

successful (see last newsletter & enclosed) so that
the following laboratories are now also participating at
their own expense.

Will evaluate ORMES in cytotoxicity based anti-
cancer activities. Biochemical assays for
topoisomerase I and II inhibitors for the DNA
breakage.
8. University of Wisconsin -
Scientists in the McCandlo Cancer Institute will
use cell culture and/or biochemical systems that
would be useful in evaluating properties of
ORMES.
Three large trucks carrying equipment for the pilot plant
have arrived and been unloaded in the last three days. A
fourth truck is awaiting to be unloaded Monday morning
and a fifth in the afternoon. All of the glass lined equipment
will be inspected and repaired by a representative from
Phaudler before assembling. Everything still seems to be on
schedule as to the pilot system start up.

Conducting cell culture experiments with prostate

and mammary cell lines. They have confirmed
inhibition of cancer cells and also a reduction in
the thymidine incorporation. Studies will be
conducted on mRNA and then on mice SCID
experiments.

2. National Cancer Institute -

Testing ORMES on 609 cancer cell lines derived

from the following types of cancer: Colon, Central
Nervous System, Leukemia, Lung, Mammary,
Renal, Melanoma, Ovarian and Prostate. The
material is working in initial tests.

3. University of Illinois at Chicago -

Conducting cell culture cytotoxicity tests and

mechanism - basic biochemical tests.

have said,· "Dave, all of this
science is well and good, but when
are you going to get to the good
part - the philosophical?" Please
remember that we have Muslims,
Buddhists, Catholics, Protestants,
Taoists, Free Spirits, Atheists and
Agnostics to name a few of the
philosophies in our group. All of
them are seeking the truth and feel
comfortable with their chosen
philosophy.
But science is received by virtually
all philosophical beliefs without
question. When truth comes in the
form of science it is received
without question. Please understand
that I feel much more comfortable
in the world of science.
Take for example the study of the
cell. Cells can be corrected with the
ORMES. One's body is made up of
cells. If some cells can be corrected
then all of the cells should be
correctable. If all the cells are
renewable then would this powder

the tardiness of this newsletter. I
spend some time in the hospital
with a heart attack about eight
weeks ago. All tests show that there
is no heart disease, but none the
less, I experienced a blood clot
which was immediately dissolved
away with Heparin. My cholesterol
level is in the normal range and I
have now lost twenty-four pounds
and am exercising. I feel just great.

The National Institute of Health
has performed cancer cell testing.
Six kinds of tests were performed
on leukemia with no direct
intereaction with rhodium. Nine
types of non-small cell lung cancer
were tested with direct retardation
of only one type of cell by the
rhodium. That was NCl-H23. There
were seven varieties of colon
cancer tested with no intereaction
with the rhodium. There were six
varieties of CNS cancer with no
direct intereaction.
There were eight varieties of
Irialanoma with one variety
referred to as the LOX IMVI,
showing a dramatic reduction of
growth in the presence of rhodium.
The LOX INVI cancer cells are a
melanoma form of cancer.
There were six varieties of
ovarian cancer, six varieties of renal
cancer, two varieties of prostate
cancer, eight varieties of breast
cancer, none of which showed any
direct intereaction with the

caused by the rhodium ORME
could reduce inflammation.
At the university of Illinois, the
rhodium ORME was tested in
cytotoxicity tests using eight
different cell lines. None showed
toxicity at levels as high as twenty
micrograms per milliliter. This
shows that rhodium ORME is not
toxic. Clearly Rhodium ORME
does not act on cancer cells by
killing them, but many other
mechanisms which are not
considered normal in cancer
research are now being
investigated.
In Summary:
Construction:
The plant is about two weeks
behind schedule due to difficulties
getting the three phase power permits
for the electrical installation. However,
everything has been completed as to
permitting now and power should be
installed about the Thanksgiving
holiday.
All of the major equipment is in place
and waiting for the electricity and
plumbing required for heating and
cooling.
PRODUCTION:
Members can still expect that actual
production of the pilot plant will begin
in January 1997. Distribution of
material can be expected around May
1st, 1997.

production as a sacramental
material. We expect to be
producing OR.M.E.S (Orbitally
Rearranged Monoatomic
Elements). This production is more

important thing to understand is
that OR.M.E.S is a totally new form
of matter and cannot be analyzed
by the standard instrumental
methods. OR.M.E.S are not metals
and methods used for metals
analysis are not applicable. The
OR.M.E.S are not a commercial
material because they cannot be
analyzed and there is no market at
this time.
Distribution of the sacramental
material will be made to the
Science of the Spirit Foundation
members beginning in the Spring
of 1998. The Science of the Spirit
Foundation has decided that it will
make available the OR.M.E.S
material before the 1998 date for
those members who request it. So,
an approximate May, 1997
distribution will be made to
members that request the
OR.M.E.S material in advance.
Now it is important to understand
that the shipments would normally
accumulate in each person's
account and be shipped in total in
1998. If a member opts to receive
the material in advance he is will
not receive more or less material
than he would if he waited until
1998 for his shipment.
The OR.M.E.S production will be
received by the Science of the
Spirit Foundation in a separated
form as the individual elements.
The Science of the Spirit
Foundation will be packaging and
shipping the OR.M.E.S as the
separated elements and each
member will receive them as
separated and identified
OR.M.E.S. The quantities that will
be sent to each member will be in
the amounts that are recovered in
the processing. All indications are
that there will be higher amounts of
Rhodium and Iridium, moderate
amounts of Ruthenium and
Osmium and less Platinum,
Palladium and Gold. Please
remember that the amount will be
a percentage of whatever the
system produces.
If a member chooses to take no
action their sacramental material
will accumulate and be distributed
in the Spring of 1998 and
thereafter every quarter.
Secondly, if a member opts to sign
the enclosed form; which requests
to receive the material earlier than
Spring 1998, then the material will
be shipped quarterly, as produced.
The third option is to transfer the
Science of the Spirit Foundation
membership(s) into ORMES L.L.C.
and receive annual distributed
profits beginning at the end of
1998. If a member chooses to
transfer a membership(s) to
ORMES then they relinquish their
membership in the Foundation and
they become a shareholder in
ORMES L.L.C. If a member
exercises this option they must
complete the enclosed form for
transfer of membership.
This form does not have to be
signed immediately. We will accept
this document at any time with the
understanding that the
membership in the Foundation and
all rights thereof may continue for
several weeks until such time as
the request can be recorded and
processed. The member should
also be aware that they move into
ORMES L.L.C. in the middle of a
physical year, that their profit
distribution may be proportionately
less.

INFORMATION:
The ORME material should be thought of as the food of the
spirit.
No one has any problems understanding food for the material
body. Doctor's and nutritionists recommend a proper balanced
diet of proteins. carbohydrates. sugars. fats. vitamins minerals
etc. Even. one understands the importance of having a proper
balanced diet for the physical body. If one does not have a
specific mineral over a period of years. weaknesses will begin
to be observed in a function of the body where that mineral is
necessary. If that person begins to take that mineral after the
problem has already developed. it may require four to six
months. or longer. before the problem begins to diminish
along with its observed affect.
When we begin to discuss the spirit of a person, we must be
very careful. In the same way that you feed the body, you can
also feed the ability to receive the spirit Remember that in my
presentation, speaking a year and a half ago. I said that God.
or the creative force, is everywhere at all times and that we
were created along with all matter from that force. I said in
scientific terms. that God lives in the vacuum. The vibrations
of the vacuum are so tiny, or the word of God is so subtle. that
we normally can not hear or experience it. Yet this force is so
powerful that it drives even atom, even electron. even proton
and every neutron in the universe.
This word of God manifests inside our bodies as the "breath of
life" "essence". "prana", "soma", etc. The superconducting
light which is driven by the vibrating atoms in the highspin
state in our bodies, in turn vibrate in resonance with the
vacuum. This superconducting light (which would be very
subtle if produced by one atom) becomes noticeable when
billions of atoms begin to resonate in unison. We can.
therefore. see demonstrable effects of the light in our three
dimensional existence. This liquid light or spirit derives
directly from the creative force, floes within the container we
refer to as a body, interacts with that unique body and
produces what most people refer to as a soul. Now that we
have defined the body, the spirit and the soul, let's further
clarify aspects of the spirit.
Many people believe that the spirit is associated with the brain.
The brain is like a computer. It cannot learn except through
life experiences. Data in data out. The spirit has nothing to do
with the brain's direct or primary function. The spirit is not
consciously controlled. The spirit is connected with intuition.

PLANT CONSTRUCTION:
The plant received approval by the electric utility for
power installation during the second week in January.
However, the county inspector wanted to see all of the

imagination. love and inspiration. One does not decide to fall
in love. When one falls in love. it does not make sense or ask.
Why ?". There is nothing logical. sensible or predictable about
love. A computer does not have ideas or inspiration. Your
brain requires your spirit for the direction of thought so it can
do it's computerlike thinking. The physical. boa.` on the most
part. has no effect on the spirit. Conversely the spirit can cause
miraculous and scientifically' unexplainable changes in the
physical body.
A terrific example was the presentation on national television
around the first of this year. outlining results that doctors and
hospitals have known for years. (but were reluctant to admit)
that there were beneficial responses in patients who received
prayer from outside parties. These results were scientifically
unexplainable, but significant enough not to be dismissed.
When you feed the spirit you are simply increasing your
body's ability to receive more vibrations (turning up the
volume). We all receive the program and ma' or may not be
listening. It is through the spins that we are all connected. It is
using this connection through the spirit that some gifted
people. by clairvoyance. can see or experience happenings at
great distances. Also using this interconnection. observation of
phenomena. such as radionics. can be scientifically explained.
In addition. the body's ability to sense vibrations from
magnetic fields through our own natural spirit is why many
people successfully use divining rods and other waterwitching
devices. Most people who have these gifts will tell you that
the gift can not be forced and one must relax and just let it
happen. If the gift is used in an unselfish and loving manner.
the gift will continue to function correct! . On the contrary. if
one attempts to use the gift for selfish purposes. the gift will
cease to function correctly. Why is this? Because the gift
comes from the spirit or love.
As your spirit grows. the changes will be very subtle over a
time frame of many months. You become more intuitive. not
smarter. You become more cognizant or empathetic of other
beings. You will know and understand things you previously
could not comprehend and your desires will become for others
and not for yourself.
These are all things associated with becoming filled with the
spirit. This is not something that all people are read to receive.
Please give this deep contemplation. It is important that this be
clearly understood by all members in the Foundation.

blueprints for the site and their installations. He further
stated that the plant was not in keeping with the zoning
in its area. He would not approve electrical installation
for that reason. We completed the blueprints and took
them to the county inspector office, where the personnel
working there refused to take them because a stop work
order had been issued by the county inspector. We were
then told we have a zoning problem, not an electrical
problem. I could see that it would take months to resolve
the problem.
(It is my opinion that no one is doing anything similar to
what this plant will be doing and it will not fit into any of
the government categories.)
I subsequently purchased a 375 KVA generator powered
by 427 horsepower caterpillar V12 diesel engine. In
addition, power was brought in through a previously
installed 460 volt 500 amp installation. This gives the
power that is sufficient to operate the entire plant.
As of Feb. 20, 1997 the ORMES L.L.C. office has power
and telephone service and is officially open at
(602)2373119 and fax of (602)2373099.
The two items which we still do not have are: the
zirconium crucibles coming from a supplier in Oregon
and the vacuum furnace quartz tubes which are being
custom made by a supplier in Tempe, Arizona.
The electrician estimates that his work will be completed
in three weeks. Our remaining work revolves mainly
around plumbing of water, acid and distillation
equipment.

Revelation chapter 1, verse 6(a) says, "And hath made us
kings and priests unto God. . ."KJV
It is essential for a person to understand the terminology
of being a "king". In the cuneiform tablets that have
been unearthed in Iraq in the last 50 years. we find
references to the "descent of kingship to the earth".
These references say that kingship came from the gods.
This is not to say that it came from the "creator god", but
instead, that it came from beings not of this earth
(angels, aliens, etc.).
Our experience with kings has been severely altered due
to our European background of military leaders and/or
political powers becoming kings. Four-thousand years
B.C., the term "king" was actually that of a person who
had god-like attributes. The king knew all truth, he could
discern good and evil, and he could not be lied to for that
reason. The king did not command troops or fight wars
and he did not have any authority to tax or spend. No
one in the country questioned the king's wisdom and
knowledge because he was thought of as a god. Some of
the best documented texts, of course, are about the
pharaohs in Old Kingdom Egypt. How unusual this
sounds in this era of government filled with excuses,
apologies, explanations and other justifications for
political actions
Just imagine that the ruler of your country is truly a god.
How simple life becomes to allow all major decision-
making to be administered by a righteous king.
All ancient references to the "true king" and eventually
the inner circle of his close friends, are always made in
the context of the "bread of the presence", the symbol of
man's hand reaching for the heavens and god's hand
reaching down in return, and/or bodily emissions of god
(semen, tears, and that which issues from the mouth of
the creator, the spittle of god - translated in English as
the Word of God).
The sequence of events seem to be that a special person
was chosen by god to receive the anointment. This ritual
procedure involved becoming purified by an act of
consuming a sacramental material. The chosen person
then becomes purified by the spirit, a symbolic veil is
then lifted so that he can see clearly, and an enlightened
being now walks with god. The cuneiform tablets make
specific reference to a consumed material, because
threats are made to withhold that same material from the
gods when they did not comply with the will of the

There are numerous references to these god-like "kings"
not dieing. It was claimed in the pharaonic literature
from Old Kingdom Egypt that they ascended the
Stairway to Heaven, or as referenced in the Bible,
Jacob's Ladder.
If one thinks about Abraham's encounter with
Melchizidek, in the Bible, you can come to no
conclusion other than this being was physically unique
in appearance. What did Melchizedek look like? Who
knows?! But we can assume Abraham recognized it
immediately, worshipped him and gave offerings to him
and named the High Priesthood after him from that day
forward.
After the time of the first Hebrew Temple and the loss of
the Ark of the Covenant, the Bible becomes very silent
as to the Melchizedek or High Priesthood. It is my
personal opinion after reading the Dead Sea Scrolls and
the Dead Sea Scrolls Uncovered that the numerous
references to the most purified Essenes as becoming
''angels" and their abilities to prophesy, to heal and to see
the future, that these people were High Priests.
Evidently. they had left the temple after it was destroyed.
took the sacred writings of Moses and went to live a
monastic life in the desert and wait for the coming of the
Messiah. Mary was chosen as a Davidic descendant and
raised as a High Priest in the Holy of Holies, where she
was fed by "angels" (The Lost Books of the Bible)
Thus, when Christ was born to a woman who had been
fed by "angels in the Holy of Holies (the semen of the
Father in Heaven), he was born a son of god and
therefore had knowledge far beyond what would be
expected. During Christ's life, he and only he could
perform the miracles of the Melchizedek priesthood,
until the time of his crucifixion. After that time, James,
Peter and John, the three inner disciples, could also
perform the same miracles. According to the Nag
Hammadi Library, in the "Apocrophon of James", sacred
knowledge was given to the inner disciples by Christ.
The term "Melchi Zedek", means "the righteous king",
therefore the quote from Revelation 1:6 means that we
are not only to become priests but also kings,
specifically kings in the order of "Melchi Zedek". Christ,
himself, said that greater things than he had done, we
would do also. If we are to be a nation of kings, then we
have no subjects: and our physical appearance will have
changed. We will be able to heal the sick and to resurrect
the dead. We will understand and know all things,
including what is right and wrong. We will know the
hearts and minds of other people. We will know "Judas"
when he is in the room with us and what his intentions
are.
Now bear with me while we think this whole thing
through. How much more could you ever be judged than
for all people to know your heart and mind? Is this the
Judgment? Will not this judgment occur when we put on
our proper garments as the righteous kings? Is the
Judgment not inherent in our becoming the true and
literal latter day saint? Daniel 2:17 says, " . . the Ancient
of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of
the most High; and the time came that the saints
possessed the kingdom"
where materials not going to the members and not
being sold by ORMES L.L.C. will be distributed to the
general public. The Science of the Spirit Foundation will
solicit a donation for the material, but it will not be a
requirement to receive the material. More on this aspect
will be given in upcoming newsletters.
Outsider interest in the Sacramental Material and the
Science of the Spirit Foundation:
Everybody from U.S. Senators, the N.I.H., the F.D.A.,
the Department of Defense, cold fusion researchers,
philosophical leaders and the major news media are all
waiting for the distribution of the product in addition to
yourselves. Everyone is interested in what the effects of
the "what is it" will be.

The Ancient of Days must return before the Judgment

occurs. I believe that the Ancient of Days is the
Archangel, Michael and also the original man, or the
Adam Kadmon. I believe the original Adam which
existed before the "Fall" is, in fact, what we will be like
when we become filled with. the spirit and literally walk
with god. I believe this condition of knowing the hearts
and minds of others is the Judgment and will occur when
we as the Adam Kadmon return to the earth. Please think
about this very carefully.

Revelation 2:17 says, ". . . To him that overcometh will I

give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a
white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which
no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it." Also,
speaking of the new Jerusalem, Revelation 21:21 says, ".
. . and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were
transparent glass."

Nothing has changed since the last newsletter, in which I

said we were waiting for the vacuum ground glass quartz
tubes, being fabricated in Tempe, and have been
promised to us by May 27th. Upon receiving these
tubes, we will have no material obstruction in the
process and will begin producing the Ormes at that time.
We really need 60 days of production before we ship
product to the members in the Foundation. Therefore,
members can tentatively figure on the end of July to
make our computations and product being mailed to the
members during August.

A Comment on Non-member Distribution:

The Science of the Spirit Foundation is going to have a

distribution facility headquartered in Jameson, Missouri,
In conjunction with the March/April 1996 Newsletters, issues
#6 & #7, I want to provide the following information:
The ORME material as it is being produced at the present
time, consists of seven different elements in the ORME state.
Each element has its own individual characteristics, both
physical and chemical. The most important property, which I
believe is of concern to the majority of members is the
reactivity of the ORME state with hydrochloric acid.
In the stomach, one of the main acids produced during
digestion is hydrochloric acid. We know from our previous
research that Osmium, Ruthenium, Rhodium, Palladium and
to some degree, Platinum are all dissolvable with hydrochloric
acid. Therefore, they would most likely be primarily digestible
and absorbable into the natural digestive system. We have
found, however, that Iridium and Gold in the ORME state are
virtually insoluble in hydrochloric acid and therefore, would
not be absorbable during the natural digestive process.
Since the average member would not be able to convert either
Iridium or Gold ORMEs to a chloride under conditions which
might be available to them, we feel an obligation to offer this
alternative to the membership. Please read and answer the
information requested on the accompanying page if you desire
to receive the ORME materials in the chloride form.
Assuming it takes one week for this mail to be received and
two weeks for a response to be returned, we will begin
shipments of the material May 4th, 1998, in the elemental
form or chloride form if so instructed.
(The accompanying page is a request form entitled "A Request
by a Member of the Science of the Spirit Foundation to
Receive the Sacramental Material in the Chloride Form" and
is simply a signature form stating that request.)

Over the last three years, various people have been involved in
taking the ORME materials (primarily Rhodium and Iridium)
for various medical research purposes. We have found that the
results of these studies agreed with the cell culture studies, in
that the ORME materials seemed to have no effect on many of
the people afflicted with cancer who took it. Specifically, there
were a total of seven women who had breast cancer and took
the ORME materials. None of these women saw any dramatic
differences in their physical conditions. Recently, however,
our investigations led us to produce the chloride form of
Iridium, which would not be converted to a chloride in the
stomach, during digestion.

This chloride form, of the Iridium ORME was furnished to a

woman who had previously had a mastectomy, chemotherapy
and experienced a reoccurrence of her cancer two years later.
She refused to take chemotherapy a second time and began to
seek some alternative treatment. The following is a direct
written quote from this woman following her use of the
ORME material and signed by her:

"My appetite was not there and I was beginning to get

depressed. My husband found this wonderful trace mineral
liquid that was administered to me orally and almost
immediately I began to feel energy. For the first few days I
slept a lot and then it just started to get better. My energy was
getting higher and higher. My skin started to get finer. Prior to
this, my skin felt like a turtle would. Now it is soft and
smooth. On February 4,1998 I had my x-rays done and my
chest x-rays are as clean as a bell. The doctor was shocked.
This took only four months and they couldn't say I was
misdiagnosed as they had the before and after x-rays there.
My blood work is excellent as well. --Bev"

These results indicate the same information that the cell

cultures are showing us: that to be effective in the body, that
ORME materials must first be a chloride. Since the chloride
form of the ORME dissolves in water, a solution was prepared
by dissolving 6.2 grams of ORME chloride into one quart of
purified water. This woman, then mixed one tablespoon of the
chloride solution with an eight ounce glass of water, drank it
and followed with another eight ounce glass of water only.
She repeated this twice a day.

Plant Progress:
On the 14th day of July, we were engaged in
the plumbing in the Chemical Building. We
encountered a problem while attempting to
attach to the centrifuge. There was no way to
attach the piping at one end of the machine.
We wrote to the manufacturer, now located in
Walpole, Maine, and received an operator's
manual depicting all of the parts on the
centrifuge.
The manual showed a machined pipe to which
our external piping attached and carried the
solution into the center of the machine. This
pipe was not with our used machine. The
company did not have the pipe in stock but
could manufacture it in six to eight weeks. We
had no choice but to order that part along with
attaching brackets, gaskets, etc. and we are
now waiting for the parts deliveries. (cursing
sounds)
This newsletter is therefore being sent without
the accompanying material so that everyone
doesn't call the Science o the Spirit office in
August, inquiring as to when the product is
coming.
In Bible Review, June, 1997, page 4849, the
article entitled, "Son of God", ". . . scholars
argue that the terms 'father and 'son' in various
Semetic texts indicate the suzerain and vassal
in a covenant / treaty relationship. Still others
see others as a fusion of adoption and
covenant connotations." Psalm 2.
"The late Peter Craigie, a Ugartic and Hebrew
scholar, took another tack with respect to
Psalm 2. Craigie saw something deeper
happening at the king's coronation than
adoption by the deity: "'I have begotten you' is
metaphorical language; it means more than
simply adoption, which has legal overtones,
and implies that a 'new birth' of a divine nature
took place during the coronation." Similarly,
according to Henri Frankfort, the dutch
Orientalist from the University of Chicago, the
pharaoh is transformed into the diving king
during the coronation. As Egyptologist Lanny
Bell put it:
[The king] actual becomes divine only when he
becomes on with the royal ka, when his human
form is overtaken by his immortal element,
which flows through his whole being and
dwells in it. This happens at the climax of the
coronation ceremony, when he assumes his
rightful place on the "Horusthrone of the living."
"The coronation ceremony is the key in
Egyptian and Israelite traditions, even if they
have different theological bases. Keith
Whitelam, of Stirling University (Scotland),
proposes that the "sonship of the Israelite king
derives from the anointing ceremony, in which
the spirit of God (ruah 'elohim) symbolically
comes upon the king (see 1 Samuel 10:1,8;
18:13). In Israelite royal ideology, treaty
language seems combined with the infusion of
the spirit of God at the anointing of the king to
make him the son of God.
"This is quite different from the theology of
Egyptian divine sonship where the convenantal
concept is absent. But in both Egypt and Israel,
the term "son" demonstrates a spiritual link
between the deity and his earthly ruler, which
is characterized as a unique fatherson
relationship. This doctrine legitimizes the king
in the religiopolitical traditions of both nations.
"This does not mean that the idea of divine
sonship of the king remained unaltered through
he millennia. On the contrary, the mythological
foundation of divine sonship in the words of
one scholar, "suffered a serious debasement"
during the Second Intermediate Period
(17861550 B.C.), from which it never fully
recovered."
Quoting from the The Book of Knowledge: The
Keys of Enoch, by J.J. Hurtak, published by
the Academy of Religious Science. On page
113, "The ability to see beyond the lower
manifestations of God is given only to the
faithful witnesses of the Word of God who
ascend into the heavens through the 'Dove of
the Christ'. . ' .
On page 114, ". . . consciousness of Man
which must seek to be one with the Christ
vibration when the physical body, even the dust
molecules of previous creation, rise into the
new vibratory structure of the new divine
Breath, and be made into the garment of
Light.", "it is the releasing of the matter and the
image and similitude which is in the
gravitationally trapped light which allows a new
image of man to be constructed, to flow into
the similitude of the luminaries who govern
worlds beyond the Earth dimension."
"Their vibratory powers form the collective
Messianic garment through: the healing
powers of the Holy Spirit; the proper
attunement of spiritual instruction; the
spreading of wisdom given by the Holy Spint
so as to unite all wisdom traditions in the Living
Light; the discernment of spirits that inhibit the
people of the planet from knowing their true
identity with God; the prophetic preaching as to
the Keys of Knowledge working within and
beyond time; the manifestations of speaking in
tongues that unite the body with other levels of
intelligence (which can show patterns of
previous spiritual teachings); the interpretation
of tongues so as to understand how different
levels of knowledge can be coordinated
(irrespective of the genetic capacity); the
power of miracles into the Infinite Way; and the
gift of active faith which shows how we must
progress beyond the 'milk of being a newborn
child of God' into the Messianic fiber which
cultivates the Kingdom of God on earth seeing
invisible things becoming visible.
"The People of God will also receive five
additional Gifts of the Holy Spirit when they are
fully actualized. These will be the gifts of
speaking in spiritualscientific tongues,
resurrecting the dead; speaking angelic
languages, the ability to see and work with the
angelic teachers of Light in this worlds; and the

Office Business:
As a matter of event day business here at the
Foundation, we have received a large number
of people requesting the advanced shipment of
material. This is great. However, if you have
already sent in this form and then move,
please indicate whether the shipping address
has changed as well. Please keep it mind that
we do need a physical address for delivery of
the material.
Also, if anyone has lost or misplaced their
forms you may contact Brannon at the office

I can not emphasize enough how important it is
to keep us updated when a move takes place.
We get a couple of calls a month from people
that have not received newsletters in several
months. I wonder what takes them so long to
contact us. If a newsletter is returned, we
always try to contact the member but are often

Well, it has been some time since the last
newsletter. We would like to thank all of you who
have been patiently waiting for this update. We
have received over twohundred phone calls since
October wanting to know what has been happening.
We hope to bring everyone up to speed with this
newsletter.
By the time you receive this newsletter the plant
will be running!
Due to the high cost of shipping the product we will
have to wait about four weeks to tally and divide
material among the memberships. The finished
Orme product should be arriving the second or third
week in February for those people who requested
advance shipment. The members who have not
requested the advance shipment but do want
material can expect their Ormes to arrive in the
second to third week in April, 1998.
The amount of material that can be expected in the
first advance shipment will be dependant on the
amount that is produced. The exact amount is
difficult to project since this will be the first time
the plant has been in operation.
We will be providing any instructions on the use of
the material. We are precluded from doing this
because of legal liabilities. Please refer to past
newsletters to see how others have used it and the
effects they had.
Many members have asked if the Foundation will
be monitoring the effects of the material and be
open to feedback on the use of it. We have no plans
to do so but several members have offered
themselves as people to contact if members wish to
talk with other people using the sacramental
material. If you are one of the individuals, you may
white the Foundation and we will communicate
your name and how to contact you to the other
members.
There seems to be some confusion regarding people
'using the white powder. Currently, there is no one
using the white powder of gold. We often receive
offers of people wanting to receive it at no cost to
themselves for their own personal use, but there is
no study group evaluating its effects.
With regards to results from testing of the material
on the cell cultures, we have been contacted by a
Food and Drug Administration investigator who is
watching the development of the project closely. It
is imperative that we never discuss the Ormes as a
medicine. It is a philosophical material.
Pursuant to production and marketing of the
material, those members who have requested
transfer into the ORMES L.L.C. as shareholders
will receive profit distributions at the end of 1998
tax year.
The procedure for marketing Ormes to the fuel cell
industry is actually quite simple. The technology to
mass produce fuel cells is ready and waiting for the
right material. Mercedes Benz and the Chrysler
Corporation have both announced that they are
beginning construction of vehicles that are operated
by fuel cells that use gasoline.
At the Global Warming Conference, recently held in
Kyoto, Japan, it was announced to the world that
fuel cells would power our next generation of
automobiles. The question is not -- Is there a
market? Instead, it is -- Do we have a material that
will work in wide spread fuel cell applications?
After three to four weeks of production we will
have sufficient inventory to match the previous
world wide production of rhodium. We will then
allow the companies to take a sample from a large
bucket of material for testing. Drawing a sample
from this size of a supply will demonstrate the
ability to produce a sufficient quantity of material.
Until recently, David had been taking phone calls
from members on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
on his personal line (6022374991). Recently,
though, his work with the plant has required him
to be away from the phone at these times. If
members would like to get in touch with him, it is
best to call on his line and leave a message asking
for hire, letting him know you wish to speak to
him in person and when would be the best time
for him to return the call collect. He will then try
and return the call when time permits.
We have received a few requests to visit the plant
itself. Currently it is impractical for any of us
working here to take time off to conducts visiting
tours. However, after the first regular shipment
goes out in the Spring of 1998, it may be possible
to conduct visits at the plant. Please keep in mind
that all of the procedures going on are proprietary
in nature.
In the last newsletter, we requested that all
changes in both mailing and shipping addresses be
sent to the Foundation in writing. This can be
done by either mail or fax. In spite of this request,
members are still calling and leaving messages on
the answering machines regarding their change in
address. Addresses will not be changed unless
received in writing. So, once again, please send all
changes in mailing or shipping addresses in
writing to the Science of the Spirit Foundation at
the address or fax number on the fast page of this
newsletter. This will allow us to keep a record of
all changes in each member's file.
As members know, the Science of the Spirit
Foundation is no longer giving "refunds" for
memberships. We would, however, like to
facilitate the buying and selling of memberships.
Therefore, anyone who desires to acquire or to sell
a membership can send a letter requesting such to
the Foundation. If a member is seeking to sell,
then the letter must be accompanied by the
original receipt letter sent to the member
confirming their membership Q a letter explaining
it's loss or destruction. Also, please indicate the
asking price for the membership.
When a request to purchase a membership comes
in we will hold it until an available membership
comes up for sale. Similarly, a request to sell will
be held until a request to purchase is received. The
Foundation will then facilitate this service if
possible.
In response to comments made and questions
asked about the Foundation, ORMES L.L.C. and
other information on the Internet: neither the
Science of the Spirit Foundation nor ORMES
L.L.C. has a web page, email or an Internet
address. Any information received from the
Internet or World Wide Web does not come
directly from David or the Foundation. We,
therefore can not attest to it's accuracy or
authenticity.
We do hope to eventually have our own web page,
but when we do we will certainly let the members
know about it in the newsletter first.
Finally, the Science of the Spirit Foundation's and
ORMES L.L.C.'s office hours are Monday thru
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Please note
that Arizona does not follow Daylight Savings
Time, so it is either Mountain time or Pacific time
depending on the time of year.
Unfortunately, with the schedule of the plant,
Brannon is not always able to be near the
telephone during those times. There is an
answering machine available and calls will be
returned as soon as possible. Recently, it has not
been uncommon to have 15 messages a day, all
asking to return the call.
Brannon is almost always in the office on Monday
mornings and very often is available Monday
afternoons as well. If it is urgent to speak to him,
this is the best time to reach him.

April, May and June have been nothing
but frustrating!!
Every time we start the procedures,
which takes about four days, a problem
has always presented itself. Because any
specific and detailed information
(chemical or otherwise) is always placed
on the Internet, I have been hesitant to
put specific information in writing.
However you, as a member, are entitled
to know the following:
Approximately, every two weeks a problem
has occurred in the containerization of
acids that has brought about from a
problem with the glass-lined tanks,
Every problem is urgent and takes my
attention away from production, until we
have that problem under control. Then,
again, another problem occurs in another
week or two and production has to be
stopped to work on that problem.
The most recent problem was a leak that
developed in the side of a glass-lined
tank in June, and over a period of three
hours the tank emptied about 4500
gallons of Nitric Acid into the 60,000
gallon concrete secondary containment
area. The problem was exasperated in
that Nitric Acid produces orange red
fumes. The local fire department arrived
within thirty minutes, forcibly
evacuated all people within two miles to
the east and west and over eight miles
to the south. No one was allowed to
return to their homes for the next
twenty hours. The fire department
brought Hazardous Material teams from
five different cities and reused to take
any action to stop the fumes for four
and a half hours. They finally decided
to use water (which we had been pleading
with them to use from the beginning) and
in under fifteen minutes the acid was
diluted and the fuming was totally under
control.
I have spent the last three weeks being
inundated with D.E.Q. regulations,
E.P.A. regulations, Community Right to
Know regulations, 0. S.H.A. regulations,
Hazardous Waste Compliance regulations
as well as Chemical Investigations by
the local Sheriff's Department. With all
the best of intentions, these people,
like most bureaucrats, can create a
legal nightmare, to say the least. Most
of the regulations do not apply in that
they are intended for companies that
hire more than ten full-time employees,
are classed under varying manufacturing
descriptions and rules have not been
enforced in agriculture due to
grandfathered history of chemical use.
Consequently, the ORME facility will not
be operating until the investigating
authorities have concluded their work.
While I have never placed any
information on the Internet, nor do I
subscribe to any of the publications
from the Internet, all of the local news
media apparently do retrieve information
from the Internet. As we made local news
during the last two weeks, being called
everything from a "mad scientist" to "a
new age guru". The problem I'm trying to
figure out is if these labels were meant
to be demeaning.

samples and determined there was no
toxic residue, even though the red vapor
fumes appeared very frightening. The
diluted acid was pumped immediately out
of the secondary containment and into
five polypropylene sealed containers.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
Three months ago, after two years of negotiating,
I finally received a written offer from the EPA
outlining a penalty resulting from the nitric acid
spill two and a half years ago. That offer required
that I disassemble all chemical equipment and
immediately remove it from this property. When I
responded, that the quantity of equipment to be
moved was quite extensive and would take a
couple of months to comply with their offer, they
immediately responded that they were sorry I
turned down their offer, and withdrew it from the
negotiating table. The next written proposal was a
requirement that I pay a fine of $103,800, and
they stated that if I hesitated to accept this offer,
then it would immediately increase to $250,000
and they would take me to court to enforce the
fine. In addition, the EPA assured me that if I did
not accept their offer as presented, then they
would see to it that I spent a lot more than
$250,000 in the courtroom before they would
release me from the litigation. I was obliged to
accept their proposal, and to settle for the
$103,800.
The problem is, that I do not have the money on
hand and I have therefore taken a loan for
$120,000 to settle the amount with the EPA and
to pay back taxes due on the property. To meet
the financial requirements of this note, I must
have an immediate cash flow. Recent efforts to
produce commercial rhodium salts for catalysts
have been unsuccessful in generating short term
cash.
Since my heart attack, my doctor insists that I
must not lift more than eighty pounds and that I
must not overexert myself physically. The primary
reason for my heart problems he feels are stress
related and he has strenuously recommended
that I remove as much stress as possible from my
life.
The community has grown dramatically in the last
three years, and I can throw a rock and hit three
individual homes from this office site. The
planning and zoning office allowed me to build the
structures, install the equipment, install the
electrical and then they refused to give me an
electrical meter because they did not believe it
was properly zoned. To get proper zoning, I would
have to divulge the processes and equipment
being used in the proprietary process, which I did
not want to do. Even though I was able to
overcome this problem by installing an alternate
source of commercial three phase power, now the
EPA regulations require me to divulge the
chemicals and processes I am using to the local
fire department, which they in turn, would forward
to the local state newspaper, which goes out to all
of my neighbors in this community. This, I also
choose not to do.
Fortunately, the development of this community
occurring over the last three to five years, has
dramatically caused real estate values to
increase. I believe that the property can be sold
for approximately six times it's acquisition price. I
therefore, must conclude that I should take
advantage of this market and sell the property.
The sale of the property and facility will provide
sufficient liquidity to provide a reimbursement of
most of the money that has been contributed by
members of the Science of the Spirit Foundation.
While I am not obligated to "refund" contributions
made for memberships at this time, I feel that the
real estate market has presented a situation that
will allow me to make a comparable contribution
back to the members.
I have reluctantly decided to end the project. It
may take me a year to find a buyer, close an
escrow, settle loan obligations, taxes and
assessments and then to distribute the remaining
proceeds from the sale to each of the members
who have requested it, based on their dollar
contributions to the Science of the Spirit
Foundation. I am very, very thankful for your
generous support and patience throughout this
effort and wish you all the best.
