Interchange ability
Most of the Logrite components are
interchangeable within the two systems.
There are a few factors that need to be
considered:
The colour screen and the numeric keypad work
together.
If the suregrip keypad is to be used the suregrip
keypad interface needs to be used as well
The AS666 cab can work with the colour screen and
the monochrome but the AS656 cant work with the
colour screen.
The AS667 can only work with cab versions 5.00 and
higher

Cutting List Variables
Log Specification Details Purpose
Target length Sets the optimum (Target) length for this log specification. This is
(0 -30.00m or 0 - 98.43ft) automatically calculated once Max and Min values are entered but can
(0 – 24m or 0 – 74ft) on 616, 620, 622 be overridden by the operator.
machines.
Min length Sets shortest (Minimum) length for this log specification
Max length Sets longest (Maximum) length for this log specification
Min SED (Small End Diameter) Sets the smallest (Minimum) Small End Diameter (SED) for this log
specification.
Max LED (Large End Diameter) Sets the largest (Maximum) Large End diameter (LED) for this log
(0 - 999mm or 0 – 39.3") specification.
Max Speed Sets the percentage of full speed at which the log will be transported
(0 - 120%) when being processed.
Goto log (alternative specification) Sets the preferred log alternative specification if during processing, the
target log specification cannot be achieved.

Diagnostic procedure
There are three ways to diagnosing a problem with the
Logrite controller:
Identification using software diagnostics
Identification of a faulty module ( troubleshooting of
individual modules)
Retrieve data with PC/laptop then email data to
factory for detailed analysis
24/05/2018 65

Software diagnostic
The software can diagnose many power supply and
hardware problems itself. The Diagnostic Testings Menu
allows checking of:
Cab voltage monitor, cab left and right handle and
cab outputs
Head voltage monitor, head inputs and outputs
