Cyber Ops certification.

1. Please let me know if our company has any valid Cisco Learning Credits that may
have come with our Cisco gear. I understand these can be applied to a Cisco
Authorized Learning partner for CCNA Cyber Ops training. I would greatly appreciate
being able to take CCNA Cyber Ops Center training using learning credits.

2. I know there are also "Cisco Loyalty Points" that sometimes come with Cisco
purchases, which can also be redeemed for more learning credits. Do you know who
our point administrator is (I hear sometimes its finance, HR, or an administrative team
member)? I will be glad to follow up with the right person if you can point me in the right
direction.

3. If the two options above cannot cover the cost of training, I would like your approval
to pursue company tuition reimbursement for the cost of CCNA Cyber Ops training and
exam fees. Please let me know if you can approve tuition reimbursement and what
additional steps I should take to start the process.
