(2) Cement used is ordinary part land cement (3) Adequate curing is done (4) Ambient temperature is not fall below 15 degree ‘As per British Standard Formivork Striking Time is sides of beams, walls and columns (5 9 hours et 16 degree centigrade and for siab is 4 days with normal Portland cement concrete. 4 No where de-shuttering of slab is allowed for 72 hours and for side walls 9 t0 24 hours. ‘As per Turkish Standard Formwork Striking Time is sides of beams, walls and columns is 3 days and for slab is 4 days with normal Portland cement concrete. ‘Thus no where in any of the standards available for she stripping / striking / de-shuttering, the schedule now claimed by the-Claimant is suggested. With full knowledge of the technology the agency themselves have to design the structure and plan procurement of the requiite number of stuttering material So as to complete within the agreed per'od of 8 months. ® knowing the technology the Agency has to orocuré the requisite shuttering mate-ials has signed the Contract agreement with a guarantee of completing the work within the stipulated tine of @ months. Having failed to procure the requisite sets of shuttering material, thay are raising this well after the completion time and completion of the work as an afterthought. AL the start of work the Agency nas brought only one set of shuttering materials for side walls and one set centering for slao, after achieving 50% progress duc to continuous persuasion ‘rom department he has procured second set of centering that too on'y for slabs in tatal the entive project in two locations has been completed with only one ser of shuttering materials for side walls and two sets centering for slab.
