You are probably trying to access BPCS via Citrix ? .....


SInce Win10 Rollout, you should be using the BPCS App (from Software Portal).
BPCS does not work via Citrix any more.
You would have received instructions when you got your Win10 laptop.

User is away. Sent first strike email to user.


You should NOT be running BPCS from Citrix.... it will not work.

You need to run BPCS App that is in your Start menu.


If it is not there, then you should request/install "IBM BPCS 1.0a" from the
Software Portal
