MSOD Strategic Learning Contract

Name: Jon Lukin

What are the patterns that have defined you (affirming and depleting)?
● Affirming: Risk-taking, Challenging, Intense, High Energy, Empathetic/Compassionate, Clever, Creative, Innovative
● Depleting: Sarcasm as Defense, Tendency toward Perfectionism, Emotional Distance, Easily Bored, Concerned with External Perceptions
Where are you now in your awareness?
This process, particularly in our work in Intensive 2, has helped me to begin identifying the gaps between my awareness and the work I still need to do. Before starting this program, I
believed I was generally clear on my patterns and tendencies, but now know that the blind spot in my Johari Window is significant and my work there has only just begun. Working on my
patterns through the feedback of others has been enlightening and while difficult to hear, I am excited to continue down this path. While many of my patterns have been brought into my
awareness recently, I understand that my blind spot is still significant. There is much more to uncover before I truly make progress on not only the external behavior, but the forces behind the
behaviors as well.

What are your Goals? How will you get there? How will you know you have arrived? How am I doing?
