Terms & Conditions
1. All menus & details are correct at time of going to print but could be subject to change
due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. All Reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days
pending a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
Thereafter they will be automatically cancelled.
3. Full pre-payment is required by 31st October 2018, bookings will be released without notice if the full
payment is not received on time.
4. All payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre order drinks) are non-refundable
or transferable even in the event of adverse weather or bereavement and cannot be used towards
any other product.
5. Parties of fewer than 12 guests may be seated with other guests.
6. Special dietary requirements should be notified at least one week in advance.
7. We reserve the right to search personal belongings; any guests found bringing their own alcohol
into the venue may be refused entry to the party night.
8. Gift bags containing alcohol must be left at reception to collect at the end of the evening.
9. Should numbers reduce between the time of booking and making final payments deposits already paid
cannot be used against the final balance.
10. All bedroom reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card.
11. In the event of the hotel cancelling a date an alternative will be offered or full refund given.
12. Please note that food service cannot be held for latecomers. Events are sold as a package
including meal & entertainment.
No discounts are offered for guests arriving after the meal.
13. A beverage pre order form will be sent to the party organiser. Due to the numbers attending these events
we strongly recommend that an initial amount of beverage be pre ordered.
14. Dress code for festive events is smart casual, the management reserve the right to refuse admission.

15. Restaurant bookings of over 12 guests require a £5 per person deposit within 14 days to secure the booking.
16. No credit will be authorised on the night.
17. Should any damage occur to the hotel or hotel property during the event, a charge will be imposed
to cover the cost of such damage.
