● Global Contact Services: Customer Service Representative - Customer Service Representatives are responsible for business to business customer service relations and deescalating conflicts. As such, they
receive inbound calls from businesses, customers and potential customers that have questions or concerns about their services. Account Customer Service Representatives are given coaching and feedback to fulfill
their key performance indicators and goals. Must have at least one year of customer service experience, be able to type 35-40wpm, must have a High School Diploma/GED and be computer savvy. $13.00/hour

● Had Associates of NY Inc.: Bookkeeper - Must have Bachelor degree in Accounting and 2-3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping. If a candidate does not have a Bachelor degree an Associate in Accounting with 5
