The very best of 5000 EBC*L candidates from at least 12 countries will have the chance to be awarded as the "EBC*L Champions 2010" at one
of the largest international business competence competitions in Europe. This could be YOU.

It is very easy to take part in this contest. The only thing you need to have in hands is the EBC*L Certificate. This international certificate proves
Business and Entrepreneurship Competence in more than 30 countries and offers better chances to get a job or to make a career. To get the
EBC*L certificate you do not need to study Business Administration at University, you can join a preparatory course and complete the exam in one
of hundreds accredited EBC*L exam centres all over Europe. For further information please refer to the EBC*L Websites of your country.

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?

Young people
• being under 30 years (pupils, students, others)
• having passed the EBC*L certificate Level A

PROCEDURE

Those having passed the EBC*L exam Level A with the highest scores will be invited to the first (= National) round of the EBC*L Champions
League (November 2010). The winners of the national contests will then represent their country at the International EBC*L Champions League
in Vienna (January 2011). There the National Champions of all participating countries will fight for the title International EBC*L Champion.

The Champions League exam will include EBC*L Level A topics (general knowledge of business administration) and parts of EBC*L Level B
(business plan). The National Champions League exam is held in the national language whereas the exam at the International Champions
League is in English. The candidates representing their country at the international Champions League in Vienna will be specifically trained
for the contest in a Business-English Camp.

The participation in the contests as well as in the English Camp is free of charge. Accomodation and board in Vienna will be provided by
EBC*L International.

The EBC*L certificate, European Business Competence* Licence, is currently established
in more than 30 countries as an internationally acknowledged standard for education
in business management. The certificate proves exactly the kind of practical business
core knowledge which is essential and indispensable in today’s economic life. That’s why
renowned enterprises like ABB, Bayer, Siemens, T-Mobile, Uniqa, VW, Trenkwalder have
integrated the EBC*L into their training and career programmes. Numerous entrepreneurs
need the EBC*L knowledge for daily business. Pupils and students appreciate the certifica-
tion to prove entrepreneurial thinking.
