Cognitive Development:

Children who are 48 – 60 months of age (Audience) know what are the features of the autumn and its
fruits (behavior) among the different seasons (condition) with 97 percent (degree)

Motor Development:

Children who are 48 – 60 months of age (Audience) examine and explain the features of the autumn and
its fruits (behavior) on the visual materials that is shown (condition) with 95 percent (degree)

Teaching Activities [ASSURE (Utilize Technology, Media, and Materials and Require Learner
Participation)]:
The teacher prepared a video about autumn season, its’ months, features and fruits by using Animoto.
At the beginning of the class the teacher shows the video. During presenting the video, the teacher reads
information in the video. After showing the video, the teacher asks children “What do you remember about
autumn from the video?” The teacher gives opportunity for all children to express their thoughts. When
some of the children say ‘The leaves turn yellow and fall down’, The teacher begins to sing the autumn
song with an attractive tone of voice.

After the teacher sings this song once, s/he wants from children to accompany with him/her. They all sing
‘Sonbahar’da Yapraklar’ song several times.

Individual Learning Activities: In the assessment part, they draw their pictures about
autumn according to their wishes and creativity. In the
painting, they work individually.
Group Learning Activities: In music activity, they learn ‘Sonbahar’da Yapraklar’
song and sing together.
Summary: In this class, the teacher aims to teach autumn season, its general features, months and fruits.
In addition, children are expected to learn ‘Sonbahar’da Yapraklar’ song and sing during the class. This
activity is language integrated music activity. The teacher use ‘Animoto’ as a media tool in this class.

Measurement & Evaluation:


Asking questions to children for measuring their learning.
Measurement & Assessment Activities Teacher wants children to draw fruits that they learn in this
for Individual Performance: activity for assessment part about. After that, teacher may
ask some questions about their drawings and their features to
understand if children gain the knowledge that is aimed.
Measurement & Assessment Activities Teacher gives lots of fruits which belong the different seasons
for Group Performance: to the children and they differentiate the autumn’s fruits from
the others as a group.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan:
If teacher faces any problem about the technological tools, s/he can show the papers which s/he printed
before the class.
