You had the Case in Point "interview." Second victim where Steven Rand harassed Vincenzo Pellino on
numerous occasions, going to his house and threatening and harassing tenants.

Just recording a call isn't wiretapping. Steven Rand threatened to murder me. Each and every attorney has
Steven Rand's emails from Steven.Rand @ic.fbi.gov.

But he hasn't been charged, nor have you "reviewed" everything I sent you, but never once asked me for
one document as you took your time to write up a motion on the service, but don't seem too bothered that
the document Meg Stanley includes a title Steven Rand said he didn't have.

You admit I wasn't served with notice to appear for 2 hearings, yet not one word NO WARRANT WAS
ISSUED?

You don't mention I possess a document mailed to me, by Attorney Meg Stanley showing Steven Rand,
using a title he said he doesn't have, telling me Judge Michael Coyne issued a warrant for my arrest
because "I failed to appear." You don't mention the warrant AT ALL.

That's what my friends and family will testify to.

Steven Rand's title, and all the fabricated titles the Suffolk County DAs Office disclosed for my "accuser"
the victim named in the complaint, my being branded as a material witness and the audio of that murder
for hire Mike Gill gave me. And every email to and from my "public defenders," their billing the public
defenders office, Meg Stanley refusing to have Steven Rand ID'd, while SHE HAD THE CONDITIONS
OF RELEASE IN HER HANDS IDENTIFYING STEVEN RAND.

WELL HE DIDN'T PRESENT HIMSELF AS FPS, HE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS FBI.

The Suffolk County DAs Office says it's wiretapping. I say, as proven by these 2 documents, and
supported by Meg Stanley, my defense is, my life was threatened by two unidentified maggots. They
impersonated various law enforcement. As proven by his emails to me impersonating various agents.

Hi Attorney Stanton, I just wanted to provide you with this email from my accuser. Only to address the
service, NOTHING ELSE at this time.

On 9/7/16 my accuser emailed me, although still unidentified, and never mentions they were trying to
have me served for the magistrate hearing. But as you can see from the warrant, Judge Coyne issued
a warrant for failure to appear. This warrant was printed up by my accuser, but I never saw it until Meg
Stanley mailed it to me.

This is usually where my Attorneys turned on me. Just for asking Steven Rand be identified. So, I'm
not asking for him to be identified anymore. Just showing he did have contact with me before the
magistrate hearing on 9/19/16.
