Re:  Engagement Proposal

Dear Ms Cinco,

In connection with our  previous  discussions  personally and over the phone

last 11 May 2011, we are pleased to propose the following engagement in relation to
your defenses on the complaint of Estafa and Violation of B.P. 22 filed by Mr. Ron
Dumawag.

We initially evaluated your case based on the vital information you relayed to
us verbally and the documents you’ve presented, and we are encouraged to inform
you that such cases are very much defensible.

In order for us to represent you in the Office of the City Prosecutor and later
on in the Courts of Justice we have to file our Entry of Appearance. Should you be
amenable   on   us   handling   your   defense,   we   will   immediately   file   such   Entry   of
Appearance on the first scheduled hearing of your case dated on May 16, 2018.
 Should you be conformable to our proposed conduct, please find our terms
and conditions, to wit: 

1. Scope of Work:   As your legal counsel, we shall provide you with all legal
services necessary to protect your interests in relation to your defenses on the
two cases filed against you, Estafa and Violation of B.P. 22.  This will include
the filing necessary pleadings, motions and petitions, in addition we will also
engage in court appearances for the actual trial of your cases in relation to
arraignment, reception of evidence, direct and cross examination of witnesses
until the actual promulgation of its judgment;

It is agreed, however,  that this engagement  agreement shall be limited to

proceedings before the MTC (Metropolitan Trial Court) or the RTC (Regional
Trial   Court).     Should   it  be   necessary   to  litigate  the   matter   in   other   or   to
higher tribunal(s), the same shall be subject to a separate agreement;

2. Legal   Fees:     Our   Acceptance   Fee   is  Php30,000   for   Criminal   Proceedings
before   the   MTC   (Metropolitan   Trial   Court)   or   Php50,000,   for   Criminal
Proceedings before the RTC (Regional Trial Court). The venue of the criminal
proceedings   will   largely   depend   on   the   decision   of   the   City   Prosecutor   of
Quezon City based on the evidence he/she has on hand;
In the event that the case gets dismissed by our efforts on the level of the
Office of the  Prosecutor, you just have to pay for a fix amount of Php30,000;

    The   above   mentioned   Acceptance   Fee   will   be   paid   on   equal   monthly
installments of  Php 5,000.00 beginning on May 30, 2018, and every 30th
of the succeeding months   thereafter until the entire amount of Php30,000 or
Php50,000 is fully paid; 
 
 
3. Appearance Fee:  Appearance fee shall be Php3,000 Pesos:  for every hearing
or conference attended in the said case;

4. Out­of­Pocket Expenses:  Expenses for the costs of transcript of stenographic
notes, filing and docket fees, sheriff’s fees, photocopy and mailing expenses
and other expenses incidental to the proceedings shall be for your exclusive
account.   The same shall be charged to you as and when they are incurred
and will be supported by official receipts, if any.

Should   the   foregoing   terms   and   conditions   are   acceptable   to   you,   please
indicate your conformity by signing on the space provided below.  We look forward
