Opening the Status Management View
Steps
1. Select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed NE.
2. Select the required node in the tree.
3. Click in the right pane.

Controller Rack
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed NE >
Physical Resource > Controller Rack.
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Physical Resource > Board. The Board tab is displayed.
2. In the list, select a board with the board type set to LOG.
3. Right-click the board and select log server Forcible Switch. A
success message box is displayed.
4. Click OK.
Powering-on a Board
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Physical Resource > Board. The Board tab is displayed.
2. Select a board
3. Right-click the board, and select Board power on.
4. Click OK.
Powering-off a Board
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Physical Resource > Board. The Board tab is displayed.
2. Select a board.
3. Right-click the board, and select Board power off.
4. Click OK.
Querying a Disk
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Physical Resource > Board. The Board tab is displayed.
2. Select a board.
3. Right-click the board, and select Disk Query.

Association Status Management
Aborting an Association
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > SCTP Association. The SCTP
Association tab is displayed.
2. Select an association record.
3. Right-click the record, and select Abort (Block) Association.
Unblocking an Association
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > SCTP Association.
2. Select an association record.
3. Right-click the record, and select Unblock Association. A
message box is displayed.
4. Enter the verification code, and click OK.
Disabling an ASP
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > M3UA ASP. The M3UA ASP tab
is displayed.
2. Select one or several association records.
3. Right-click the records, and select ASP Down. The result is
displayed in the Status of ASPs supporting the AS column.
Enabling an ASP
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > M3UA ASP. The M3UA ASP tab
is displayed.
2. Select one or several association records.
3. Right-click the records, and select ASP UP. The result is
displayed in the Up/Down Operation Result column.
Deactivating an ASP
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > M3UA ASP.
2. Select one or several association records.
3. Right-click the records, and select ASP Inactive. The result is
displayed in the Active/Inactive Operation Result column.
Activating an ASP
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > Transmission Resource > M3UA ASP. The M3UA ASP tab
is displayed.
2. Select one or several association records.
3. Right-click the records, and select ASP Active. The result is
displayed in the Active/Inactive Operation Result column.

Logical Function Configuration (UMTS)
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > UMTS Radio Resource > luCS Link (UMTS). The IuCS Link
(UMTS) tab is displayed.
2. Select a record.
3. Right-click the selected record, and select IU Reset >
Dedicated CN in CS domain.
Steps
1. In the left pane, select Root Node > Subnetwork > Managed
NE > UMTS Radio Resource > OMCB Path of Iub Interface
(UMTS). The OMCB Path of Iub Interface (UMTS) tab is
displayed.
2. Select a record.
3. Right-click the selected record, and select OMCB Path of Iub
Interface (UMTS) > All RNC Query, or OMCB Path of Iub
Interface (UMTS) > Query by ANEID, or OMCB Path of Iub
Interface (UMTS) > Query by OMCB Path ID.
