For short staple ring spinning machines
New mechanical weighting arm series for cotton, man-made fibers and blends with
staple lengths of up to 60 mm. SE stands for single element and for absolutely inde-

Texparts® PK 2630 SEH
For short staple ring spinning machines with hexagonal support rods
Saurer Texparts made the well-known weighting arm series PK 2600 SE even more
versatile. The new PK 2630 SEH can be mounted on ring frames with hexagonal
support rods, for example all Rieter ring spinning machines. Technology competence
combined with fully-automated innovative assembly methods ensure new perfor-
mance levels not yet seen on the market.

Texparts® Top Rollers
The quality of the top rollers used in the drafting system is of vital importance for the
quality of the produced yarn. The smooth running of the top roller with its direct con-
tact to the roving influences the drafting result and as a consequence the yarn quality
achieved. Texparts Top Rollers LP 1000 Series are used as rear and front top rollers
as well as top apron rollers in drafting systems of ring spinning machines and roving
frames for both short and long staple spinning.

CS 1 Spindle Bearing
The CS 1 Spindle Bearing is used in short and
long staple ring spinning machines. With its out-
standing running properties the CS 1 has set the
standards for spindle bearings and is therefore to-
day the standard spindle bearing of modern ring
spinning machines
CS 21 12 Spindle Bearing
The installation of the CS 21 12 Spindle Bearing
enables spinning mills to gain more flexibility for
the future in regards to the yarn count.
As market demands are changing continuously,
our flexible equipment enables an all-time com-
petitiveness and the ability to respond flexibly
to the changing market needs.

CS 1 S Spindle Bearing
This spindle bearing should be the number one
choice for spinning up to the limits or for an espe-
cially required low noise level and low vibration
level of the ring spinning machine.
HF/HZ Spindle Bearing
HF/HZ spindle bearings assure perfect running
properties in the low and medium speed ranges,
and even up to high speeds. They’re the ideal
bearings, especially for heavy duty spindles used
for coarse yarns, tire cord and technical twist, for
draw-twisting and two-for-one twisting spindles.

Texparts® Rings and Travellers

Rings and travellers are the dominant elements in the ring spinning process. Key to success is the re-
duction of the friction coefficient between ring and traveller to the lowest level possible. At this point
you will achieve the perfect balanced spinning geometry, which means that the spinning tension is on
a constant balanced level. The reduction of friction will be obtained if the rings and travellers establish
a symbiosis. Therefore R&D focused on the ideal combination of rings and travellers. With the Rings
and Travellers the perfect combination of the ideal ring and traveller has already been defined.
