Along with this letter I send a business feasibility study proposal in the field of siomay gonat business. This
business is a business development to the Manado area due to the high demand in the area. The amount of
investment for this business development is Rp 40,000,000 (forty million rupiah). While my current capital of Rp
20,000,000 (Twenty million rupiah). Then the lack of investment fund is Rp 20.000.000 (Twenty million rupiah). I
hope to get credit from Bank BRI Branch Manado.

As a matter of consideration and analysis, I complete this proposal with the results of an analysis of this
business development plan.

BACKGROUND

This business begins with Manado's love of food siomay. Every Manado eat siomay it's just that and the

siomay.Setelah Manado observe this business has not much and rarely encountered in the environment Manado's

SEGMENTATION AND MARKETING STRATEGY / PROMOTION

This business product is a typical food culinary Bandung processing different with the way in the

turnover or profit expected from this gonat siomay business, besides I want to expand the
business of Siomay Gonat by opening branch in Sawojajar area. By applying for credit of Rp
20,000,000 to Bank BRI of Manado branch. I am a business opportunity / business that is being

perkuntungn 30% for the increase in turnover.
