I am writing this reference at the request of Mr.

Maaz Hussain, who is applying for a Master program in

your university. I have known Mr. Maaz for three years as his teacher and mentor as he has taken the
following courses which I teach.

 Construction Jobsite Management (brief description of content of the course).

 System in Building Construction (brief description of content of the course).
 Management & Marketing of Construction (brief description of content of the course).

He has achieved excellent results in these courses and showed keen interest in both practical and
theoretical areas which is proved by his marks. Throughout the lectures Mr. Maaz was punctual and was
always active during lectures and group discussions.

As his mentor I have had an opportunity to work with him in his final year project in which he has proved
to have good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and problem-solving skills. He also has abilities to
handle conflicts and work in a team, which is important for group projects. He was able to inspired his
group members by showing his valuable contribution and his ability to think out of the box.

He was also very active in co-curricular activities and he was the member of Project Management Society
of NED University. He was the star volunteer in the event management of international workshop on
“Combatting Fraud” which was organized by Department of Civil engineering.

Keeping in view his talent and eagerness towards learning. I strongly recommend Mr. Maaz Hussain
for higher studies. I have strong belief that he will succeed in his endeavors for higher education and
subsequently achieve his professional goals
