中鋼結構創立於 1978 年，是台灣中鋼集團鋼鐵事業的核心企業之一。

鋼構設計、工程技術支援、各式型鋼供應、鋼構製作施工、安裝，到土木營
造完整服務，並與國際知名營造大廠聯合承攬，落實全方位為客戶量身訂做
之完整服務。
中鋼結構累積了諸多國際競爭優勢，業績規模已是台灣第一，並擁有多項
高難度國際特殊工程的實績，不僅引入先進工程技術，更有助於工程品質的
提升、工期的縮短、成本的降低與周遭環境衝擊之減緩。

Management philosophy
China Steel Structure Corp. (CSSC) was founded in 1978 as a major affiliate of Taiwan’s China Steel
Corp. (CSC). It positions itself to meet diversified needs of its customers, promote competitiveness,
maintains reasonable dividends and interests for its shareholders and employees, improve
product quality, enhance customer service, so as to make continuous progress and ensure strong
sustainability.
The company, a marriage of outstanding human resource, technology and capital based on
efficient management, provides all kinds of shape steel and integrated services of steel structure,
construction, including design, engineering technical support, and fabrication, erection of steel
structures and civil construction. It has also joined venture with many world renowned construction
corporations in bidding for overseas projects, promising to offer well-rounded tailored services
according to customer needs.
CSSC now has accumulated profound international competitive edges, with its business scale
having already grown to be the largest among Taiwan’s structural steel companies. It has participated
in many difficult projects in and out of Taiwan, in which various advanced construction methods
were introduced and adopted to raise construction quality, shorten construction period, reduce cost,
and minimize environmental impact.
Looking into the future, CSSC will enhance vertical integration in areas such as bridge structures,
factory constructions, high-rise buildings, environmental engineering projects and machinery
maintenance in order to provide better total solution service and gain a stronger foothold in local 03<

界級一貫化生產體系，以完全自主的技術與生產能力滿足客戶最高品質、合理價
格、最短工期的要求。

其中高雄燕巢新廠於 2012 年落成，廠區面積 451,000 ㎡，廠房面積 58,000 ㎡，

設有大片國土保安用地、隔離綠帶、滯洪池、及生態池，同時推動節能及減少排
放溫室氣體的措施，為台灣生態環境盡一份心力。

中鋼結構以最先進的設備與技術，在最短的工期內提供客戶超高大樓、超大跨
距特殊建築、半導體及 TFT-LCD 等電子廠房、高爐鋼架工程、鋼廠、電廠、圓倉、

現代化設備

CSSC has established three world-class fully integrated production systems separately
located in Kaohsiung and Guantian of Taiwan and Kunshan of mainland China, supplying
premium quality steel structures to customers at reasonable prices within shortest time
with completely self-developing knowhow and production capability.
TAmong them, the Kaohsiung New Plant, which was completed in 2012, occupies an
area of 451,000 m2, with plant floor area totaling 58,000 m2. This new plant embodies
CSSC endeavors to protect the environment and ecology, with a vast area of reserved
land, green belts, detention ponds and artificial wetlands. The company has also taken
energy conservation and carbon reduction measures in fulfilling its environmental
duties.
With most advanced equipment and technology, CSSC provides steel structures
for high-rise buildings, long-span architectures, hi-tech manufacturing facilities like
semi-conductor or TFT-LCD, blast furnaces, steel mills, power plants, domed storage

從客戶對建物的發想、設計開始就參與規劃討論，中鋼結構真誠傾聽客
戶聲音，配合客戶的個別需求，擬訂從設計、製造、到安裝的各項規劃書。

設計規劃人員以堅強專業技術整合高度自動化生產線及有效率管理，以
先進的 PDMS 及 TEKLA 設計軟體與現場自動製程系統連線，自動執行加工
作業。另外，中鋼結構更針對生產過程使用的材料和每一個工序細節，都
建立完整的品質紀錄，提供給業主進行追蹤查核。

中鋼結構重視事前各項規劃書準備，落實追蹤系統的建立，其規劃能
力、技術、以及管理能力等都已達國際大廠水準，可充份滿足客戶日漸提
高的期待與需求。
CSSC positions itself as an engineering service provider. It has a strict and comprehensive
set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for carrying out custom-tailored total solution.
CSSC works together with customers from the very beginning of their construction
projects, participating in design brainstorming, listening carefully to customer specific
needs , and working out detailed work plans for different stages of the project, from design,
fabrication to erection.
Our designers are trained to use professional management software like PDMS and TEKLA
which is networked with factory automatic system to carry out manufacturing process

according to programmed details. All the materials and working procedures employed at
each production stage are thoroughly documented which our customers can use for tracing
and fact-checking.
When carrying out a project, CSSC emphasizes the importance of plans preparation in
advance and the implementation of traceability system. It has reached world class level in
terms of planning ability, engineering knowhow and management capability to meet the
rising demands and expectations in the marketplace.

的證照制度，電銲作業人員分別通過歐美等多國驗船協會、美國電銲協會、
台灣電力公司、內政部等單位資格鑑定，確保品質。

所謂品質看得見，過程是關鍵，中鋼結構以教育訓練及品質會議凝聚全員
共識，並持續改善工廠製程與設備，以確保品質管理系統的有效性，而每一
個生產過程也都完全以客戶要求的細節規範進行。

中鋼結構是全國業界第一家獲得 ISO 9001：2008 年版認可登錄證明書；

並榮獲中華民國品管學會品管團體獎、中華民國結構工程學會工程技術獎、
及財團法人全國認證基金會非破壞檢測實驗室認證，並與子公司聯鋼營造以
國道五楊段拓寬工程創新工法共同獲得品質特優的金質獎殊榮。

CSSC emphasizes certificated qualifications of its operators, with its welders having
been certified by a few organizations including European and American ship classification
societies, American Welding Society (AWS), Taiwan Power Company and Taiwan’s Interior
Ministry.
Good quality dwells in process. CSSC staff reaches consensus by holding training
courses and quality meetings, and has continuously improved its production process and
equipment to ensure the effectiveness of its quality management system. Each process and
procedure is carried out totally according to customer requirements.
CSSC is Taiwan's first steel structural company to be certified with
ISO 9001:2008, and has earned awards from Taiwan's organizations like Chinese Society
for Quality and Chinese Society of Structural Engineering. Moreover Its NDT laboratory has
been certified by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation.
It’s a great honor that CSSC and its subsidiary United Steel Engineering & Construction
Corp. won the golden medal of Taiwan's 12th Public Construction Golden Quality Award for
innovative engineering and construction methods applied to Wu-yang Widening Project
on National Freeway No.1.
