Job Summary:
To give training the new and existing employees as they can do their jobs effectively and
efficiently. And improve the organizations performance through assisting and motivating the
employees.

Job Duties:
1. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency
of the departments.

2. Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and procedures

3. Coach and provide career development advice to staff.

4. Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.

5. Schedule and conduct department meetings.

Working conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional
weekend and/or evening work. Works standard 8 am to 4 pm.

At least one & half year of prior experienced in a organization as a management trainee.

Skills:

• Oral and verbal skills are more important.


• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

• Experience in supervising project and team activities.
