To Mr.

Anthony Advincula, CAT Commandant…

To all outgoing and incoming CAT Officers…
Students and friends…
Good morning!

In behalf of our Rector, Rev. Fr. Teodoro F. Bulawit, I extend my warmest greetings to all of
you.

Leadership is an art. You cannot make a good leader without making him a follower first. He
must first understand the value of being a follower. Until then, he cannot make his own
command.

We are now gathered here to witness the change-in-command in SRSPC CAT Corps. I know that
this Cadet and Cadette Officers Candidates have in thorough scrutiny to become SRSPC’s finest
young boys and girls. You will not just become a leader in SRSPC CAT Corps, but also a role-
model of discipline to your fellow schoolmates.

To the outgoing CAT Officers, thank you for your service. May you have served your Alma
Mater well. The things you learn in this course, may you brought it into your life.

Remember, great leadership usually starts with a willing heart, a positive attitude, and a desire to
make a difference. For every person in every organization, there comes a moment when he or she
must have the courage to step forward and meet the needs of the time. Regardless of whether
your time is now or in the future, you must be prepared and willing to seize that moment as a
courageous leader!

Congratulations!
