Senior Systems Consultant, 2002 – Present
Interface with numerous clients through on-site and remote project management, implementations, systems
performance enhancements, and troubleshooting support. Assessed, implemented, and tested application
upgrades such as ICD-10, HIPAA 4010/5010 for 837I/P, and other major upgrades. Created data conversion
interfaces for seamless transitions to new technology.
Key Projects:
 St. Vincent’s Health: Several projects directed toward the enhancement of the revenue cycle,
including a highly customized procedure for ensuring the proper billing of professional fees and
implementation of fully re-designed patient balance lifecycle processing, which included an interface to
an online patient portal. Implemented a uniform method for the reporting of procedure codes,
modifiers, and revenue codes across nine varied facilities resulting in more accurate claim transaction
production and more efficient, understandable, and sustainable charge master procedures.
 Dignity Health: Served as the primary INVISION technical resource for application and interface
projects over an 8-year span. Reduced patient accounting and patient management application support
tickets by designing more efficient processes and enhancing functionality for the end users.
 Meridian Health: Implemented numerous enhancements to improve revenue cycle processing in the
billing and accounts receivable follow up. Created documentation and trained internal staff for system
and support specifications and system support procedures.
 UCI: Remotely supported the patient accounting application for staff members and resolved numerous
backlogged service requests in less than a year and efficiently migrated the organization from non-
HIPAA print file UB04 to HIPAA 5010 837I processing. Supported processing migration from an in-house
billing application to a third-party product to enhance functionality and productivity.

 UTSW: Focused on revenue cycle enhancements and system optimizations for an organization
managing multiple entities. Reduced overall duplications of effort and unnecessary procedures.
Implemented INVISION applications and automation to enhance billing and improve patient

Developed an automated AR Pipeline Reporting application for all levels of executives within the
