Re: REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMER YOUR SCHINDLER PASSENGER ELEVATOR AT UC-LEGARDA.

We are pleased to submit our proposal for the above based on recommendation of our Service Technician
Antonio Pretencio Jr.. Please note that the replacement is necessary for the smooth operation of your lift. Detail
as follows:

Conditions:
• Terms of Payment : 50% DOWN PAYMENT UPON CONFRIMATION AND/OR RELEASE OF
PURCHASE ORDER & 50% BALANCE THIRTY (30) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF FINAL BILLING.
• Delivery : Within sixty (60) working days upon receipt of order confirmation.
• Warranty : Six (6) months from date of installation.
• Approval shall be obtained prior to commencement of any additional works when other parts are found
necessary to be replaced.
• JSEC has the right to reschedule the works per order of priority when works is being interrupted.
• Non-payment of the above amount beyond sixty (60) days from date of receipt thereof will entitle JSEC to
apply the necessary interest charges to your account at the rates stipulated in the Service Agreement and
such the applicable legal rates provided by law.
• Validity of this offer is 15 days from above date and subject to our final confirmation.
• We will not issue any bond for this offer.
