MESSAGE Republic of the Philippines

My warmest congratulations to all the Department of Education

graduates and completers for the School Year 2017- Region X
2018. Likewise, my felicitations to the parents, Division of Camiguin
families, school administrators, and teachers for
the collaborative endeavors to mold these
Yumbing National High School
graduates to become what they are today. Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin
Dear Graduates, opportunities in life are endless.
Everyone has a treasure that awaits them. As you stand at the
threshold on your next journey, follow the direction that leads you
to find that treasure. Listen to that little voice in your heart and
let it be your guide. Never be intimidated with fears and failures
and never be tied up with your own circumstances. Though no one
could guarantee fair winds and calm sea as you journey in search
for them. One thing is for sure the point of destination is great.
Never see the world as a threatening place to journey, because if
you do, the world turns out indeed a threatening one. Rather,
believe then that the universe has conspired to prepare a
wonderful place for you to celebrate success.

This year’s theme of graduation “K to 12 Learners: Ready

to Face Life’s Challenges” largely exemplifies the readiness of the
graduates to respond quickly whatever needs that pose ahead of
them. As a flagship of reform strategy of the Department of
Education, this program holistically focuses the optimum
development of the Filipino honed with skills, energy and
excellence.

Dare to dream and believe and believe in the beauty of

your own dream. Your dream defines who you are and what would
you be in the future. Be inspired and let no one stop you in
realizing it. Remember that you are the learners of the K to 12,
taught and prepared to be ready to face life’s challenges. Fashion
to successfully find your niche in this age where competition is the
common language.

You are the graduates that compromise the millennial

youth whose education speaks of standards, competitiveness and
values tailored to your own needs and field of endeavors. Thus,
soar high with confidence and gratefulness in your hearts to those
significant people who help you reach this momentous day. April 5, 2018

Today My Life Begins Unwritten
Here I Am Lord Bruno Mars Natasha Beddingfield

[Verse 1]
I am unwritten, can't read my mind, Feel the rain on your skin
I, the Lord of sea and sky I've been working hard so long
I'm undefined No one else can feel it for you
I have heard my people cry Seems like pain has been my only friend
My fragile heart's been done so wrong I'm just beginning, the pen's in my Only you can let it in
All who dwell in dark and sin No one else, no one else
My hand will save. I wondered if I'd ever heal again hand,
Ending unplanned Can speak the words on your lips
[Pre-Chorus] Drench yourself in words unspoken
I who made the stars and night Oh just like all the seasons never stay the same Staring at the blank page before you Live your life with arms wide open
I will make the darkness bright All around me I can feel a change (oh) Open up the dirty window Today is where your book begins
Who will bear my light to them Let the sun illuminate the words
Whom shall I send? [Chorus] that you could not find The rest is still unwritten
I will break these chains that bind me, happiness will find me
Here I am Lord Leave the past behind me, today my life begins Staring at the blank page before you
Reaching for something in the
A whole new world is waiting its mine for the taking Open up the dirty window
Is it I Lord? distance
I know I can make it today my life begins Let the sun illuminate the words that you could
I have heard you calling in the night So close you can almost taste it
I will go Lord Release your inhibitions not find
[Verse 2]
If you lead me Yesterday has come and gone
Feel the rain on your skin Reaching for something in the distance
I will hold your people in my heart. And I've learn how to leave it where it is
And I see that I was wrong No one else can feel it for you So close you can almost taste it
For ever doubting I could win Only you can let it in Release your inhibitions
I the Lord of snow and rain
No one else, no one else
I have borne my people's pain Feel the rain on your skin
[Pre-Chorus] Can speak the words on your lips
I have wept for love of them Oh just like all the seasons never stay the same No one else can feel it for you
Drench yourself in words unspoken
They turn away. All around me I can feel a change (oh) Only you can let it in
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins No one else, no one else
I will break their hearts of stone [Chorus] Can speak the words on your lips
Fill their hearts with love alone I will break these chains that bind me, happiness will find me Drench yourself in words unspoken
The rest is still unwritten
I will speak my word to them Leave the past behind me, today my life begins Live your life with arms wide open
A whole new world is waiting its mine for the taking Today is where your book begins

Here I am Lord Are outside the line Feel the rain on your skin
[Verse 3]
Is it I Lord? Life's too short to have regrets We've been conditioned to not No one else can feel it for you
I have heard you calling in the night So I'm learning now to leave it in the past and try to forget make mistakes, Only you can let it in
Only have one life to live But I can't live that way No one else, no one else
I will go Lord
So you better make the best of it Can speak the words on your lips
If you lead me
I will hold your people in my heart. Staring at the blank page before you Drench yourself in words unspoken
[Chorus] Open up the dirty window Live your life with arms wide open
I will break these chains that bind me, happiness will find me Let the sun illuminate the words Today is where your book begins
I will hold your people in my heart... Leave the past behind me, today my life begins that you could not find
