AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION

I, EMMANUEL SOCRATES, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Poblacion, Brooke’s Point, Palawan, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the only son of EVANGELINE MARIPOSA SOCRATES who

died without any last will and testament on April 8, 2018 in Poblacion
District II, Brooke’s Point, Palawan as evidenced by her Death Certificate
issued by the Municipal Civil Registrar of the Municipality of Brooke’s
Point, Palawan hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part
of this Affidavit;

2. That my mother did not marry evidenced herein by a Certificate issued

by the Philippine Statistics Authority; (Certificate of No Marriage is
herein attached as Annex “B” and made an integral part of this Affidavit)

3. That at the time his death, my mother had no debts, liabilities or

obligations to any persons, agency or institution;

4. That she left me four properties consisting of a: a) EIGHT HUNDRED

SEVEN (807) square meters located in Poblacion, Municipality of
Brooke’s Point, Palawan more particularly described in TCT No. T-18751;
b) TEN THOUSAND (10,000) square meters located in Barrio Mainit,
Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Palawan more particularly described in
TCT No. T-19023; c) FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE
(5,571) square meters located in Barrio Mainit (now Pangobilian)
Poblacion, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Palawan more particularly
described in TCT No. T- 19013; d) TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280) square
meters located in Poblacion, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Palawan
more particularly described in TCT No. T-9204; (Transfer Certificate of
Titles are hereto attached as Annex “C”, “D”, “E”, and “F” respectively
made an integral part of this Affidavit;

5. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, I hereby

adjudicate unto myself the above-described real estates by means of this
Affidavit and hereby files the same with the Register of Deed of the
Province of Palawan with the request that the said adjudication be made
effective without judicial proceeding as prescribed by the aforementioned
provision of the Rules of Court.
